I wholeheartedly recommend Nick Alexander Imports. 3/3/2010

Found a new Mini Cooper S at another dealer. Tried but failed to negotiate a discount from MSRP. Resumed shopping. Found Alica and Robert, the internet salespersons of Nick Alexander Mini. A few e-mails and phone calls with them, and they offered a Mini S from their inventory comparable to the one which I had been negotiating. They accepted my offer of a substantial discount from MSRP. At all times, they dealt in a straightforward and professional manner. However, my sales transaction fell through, for reasons which had nothing to do with Nick Alexander. The sales staff at Nick Alexander earned my business and would have had it but for circumstances beyond their control. For anyone in the market for a Mini Cooper, I wholeheartedly recommend Nick Alexander Imports. Bobby H. more

I was very impressed 1/25/2010

I was very impressed by Jerome Basille, my Sales Advisor. He was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I had gone to another BMW dealership earlier that day, and I wasn't even offered a test drive and left rather unimpressed. When I met Jerome on the lot, he did not try to sell me something i didn't want; rather, he listened to what I wanted and did his best to accommodate. It was a night-and-day difference from my previous BMW dealership experience, and I'm glad I went to NIck Alexander. - Joseph M. more

Although Pacific BMW in Glendale is closer to where I live, I still go to Nick Alexander BMW to get all my services/repairs done with my vehicle. Why? Because I know I could always count on my service advisor, Jeff Manarang, and his team of mechanics to provide me topnotch overall customer satisfaction. Great job, guys! more

I just got my mini from Nick Alexander.....I am very excited!!! My salesman was Michael McNamara and he was really sweet and helpful. They do have a wide selection and a warehouse full of minis!!! The warehouse was amazing! If you love and want a mini, come here... it'll be easier than ordering one. Also, they get deliveries all the time. I heart Michael and was wonderful to work with. So please go to him if you are thinking of a mini. more
