Just what i have expected of a second rate, shoddy, establishment. Unbelievably lame that you guys really are. really.....
1. CUSTOMER BRING IN A PERFECTLY WORKING CAR MEANING, AC WORKING AND NO LOUD ENGINE FAN, ONLY 1 SLIGHT ISSUE - AIRBAG LIGHT WONT TURN OFF.
2. ALEXANDER MINI INFORMS CUSTOMER THAT THERMOSTAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.
3. CUSTOMER AGREES ON REPAIRS.
4. CUSTOMER PICKS UP CAR, PAYS 400.
5. CUSTOMER STARTS THE CAR, HEARS LOUD ENGINE FAN NOISE, TURNS ON AC, BLOWS OFF HOT AIR (?)
6. CUSTOMER COMPLAINS, AND ALEXANDER REFUSED TO FIX CAR REASONS " THIS THINGS HAPPEN. RIGHT..... NOT WHILE BEING SERVICED.
OBVIOUSLY YOUR "CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN MUST HAVE REPAIRED SOMETHING FOR THE ENGINE FAN TO FAIL AND THE AC TO BLOW OFF HOT AIR INSTEAD. HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THIS???SOUNDS LIKE A CASE OF A CLASSIC SERVICE SCam.
