Great stylist, tired setting 2/4/2012

First time at New Reflections. Loved my stylist, she did a great job listening to me and was very happy with my cut and color. Do think that the front of the salon is inviting but the back where the stylist stations are could be worked on. Looks tired and outdated. more

More Service Than Expected 1/30/2012

I needed a haircut and decided to treat myself to a better experience than the usual barbershop experience. Jena was friendly, professional and personable and went above and beyond my expectations. Well done, I'll be back. more

I love Jess! 1/29/2012

Jess is a wonderful stylist. She listens to what the client wants, shares her opinions, and then delivers a great finished product. Friendly, warm and funny, she makes the time just fly by (even when your whole head is slathered in color and foiled up). The only thing I would change is about the Ridgedale salon itself: your lighting is way too harsh and extreme. It hurts my eyes and affects the accuracy of how clients perceive their hair color (although Jess delivered on mine just perfectly). I guess I'll keep my eyes closed during my next appointment. more

LOVE the cuts I've gotten at this salon! The staff is very friendly. The stylists talented. Would give the place 4 stars but the salon is fairly small and the mall atmosphere can be a little distracting. But overall I've had nothing but good experiences at this salon! more

Your lighting is off 1/20/2012

I love Linda and my experience there. However, when I got home, my hair was a completely different color than it appeared in the salon. I can't believe your lighting is so distorted. It is a disservice to your clients. I do like my new cut and color but was amazed to see how different it looked outside your business. more

I saw Rachael for a blow dry and style for my company holiday party this past Saturday. She made me look great! I received so many compliments on my hair that night which made me feel so beautiful! Rachael does amazing work! I have seen her for haircuts, color, and style and I have never been disappointed! more

This was my 3rd time having my hair done by Erin and she does a wonderful job! She is very helpful because I am the type of person who comes in unsure but open to something new! Spa Experience 1/12/2012

Getting a haircut at Aveda Ridgedale is an absolutely wonderful experience. It ends up feeling more like a spa session than just a haircut! After a relaxation head massage, you are led into a candlelit area for your shampooing which comes complete with warm towels and hand massage. Then, the haircut is exceptional and you walk out looking like a million bucks! more
