I have been getting my haircut by Linda at the Ridgedale location for the past 2.5 years and could not be happier! She is always prompt, courteous and provides an amazing haircut experience! I am pampered from start to finish. Jena is my stylist and she is a true artist. She has a vision and is so creative!! I chose New Reflections because the are an Aveda LifeStyles Salon. The hair and make-up line are most excellent for my curls and skin. more

The haircuts that I have received from Deanna, at the ridgedale location, are the best! I live on the west coast and always wait until I visit Minnesota so I can experience her skilled hands. Deanna really listens to my wants and needs and also makes some great suggestions. Anytime I am in mpls., I will make sure to visit New Reflections Salon! more

Deanna knows short hair 1/7/2012

I've been going to Deanna at the Ridgedale location for a few months now and she is a great asset at helping me reach my "hair goal." She gives good advice but is not pushy, and does not give me a hard time for coloring my own hair (although I'm she would do a fabulous job, it's a luxury I can't afford right now). She takes her time and makes sure the haircut is perfect -- sometimes hair dressers rush through short cuts and don't do those finishing touches that make it look fabulous. Not Deanna. I get compliments all the time and I love my hair. Added bonus: this salon gives you free neck trims between appointments. This is a very important for me during those dreaded in-between-haircuts times when I'm tempted to chop it all off. I have found a great salon and hairdresser. Thanks, Deanna! more

Another Fantastic Visit 12/14/2011

Yet another wonderful trip to the Ridgedale New Reflections Aveda salon. This was my first full color with Neil who changed things up in a rich way. The front staff is very accommodating and efficient for checking in, future scheduling, and checking out. I love Neil's knowledge of the product line and his ability to suggest just the right product for me. Can't wait till my next appt! more

Hair color and cut 12/10/2011

I was lucky enough to have my scheduled appointment on the evening of New Reflections' open house. Not only did I get a 20% discount on the products I bought, but I enjoyed wine and cheese and the enthusiasm of many employees who helped me find the products I needed. It was a Great night!!! more

I've been going to New Reflections Aveda at Ridgedale for a few years and won't go anywhere else. The servic and services are worth the money and everyone remembers my name when I walk in the door. They're always sending their stylists out for additional education to better develop themselves. I always go to see Deanna and she is wonderful and she is the only person that I've ever felt comfortable with to say, "do what you want" and I know with out a doubt that she will do a fantastic job. more

Christmas shopping 12/9/2011

Amber helped me purchase several Christmas presents and was pleasant and helpful at a time when you seemed busy. My only complaint and it is small. I spent over $200 on product for gifts and had a coupon for a free travel size hand relief lotion. I'm sure that it is a slightly different one than the one you sell, but I was told you were out of them and was not able to receive my free lotion. You had a lot of them on display and I was a little disappointed. I buy a lot of product at your store and will still come back, but I thought you could have just given me one of the ones you sell. Just a little disappointed. more
