Melissa is wonderful as always! Not only does she always make sure I'm 100% in love with my hair (cut and color), but she takes the time to get to know me personally. Best expirence in a salon ever! 10/28/2011

Why not do a review, a good friend of mine works there and has been saying how amazing it is and i really should come. Besides the great atmosphere, environment, clientele, and tea (which was delicious) i had a GREAT haircut and at a price that was lower than i was planning for. So long story short i'm sold and hooked! Thanks more

I've been seeing Rachael since she's been with New Reflections. She always gives me a new and fresh look that I love. I can trust her to try something new and fun when I am in the mood. My hair is also very thick and she has done wonders for me. more

I really enjoy all your staff and feel very fortunate to have met Megan the weekend I moved to Minnetonka in August. She has provided great service each time I have been in ever since and is so nice to have a one stop shop to get my product and have my services taken care of. Kori also did an amazing job with a mani/pedi/brow wax in August and your entire staff has been very friendly when I have been in for appointments and product. more

Service at New Reflections/Minnetonka 10/24/2011

My hair service has been excellent thus far with Linda. I appreciate her expertise as well as all the "little things" that she does for me during my appointment (scalp and hand massage). I also appreciate the fact that we can chit chat for a bit, but that she also respects my time to relax and decompress---to be quiet. My wax service has been good overall (only have had a minor reaction twice, nothing major---a couple pimple breakouts). The appointment service has been good overall as well, but I feel the hospitality staff could be "warmer" at times. more

I can't say enough about Jena. I have natural curly hair and have had a hard time finding someone who can give me a good cut. Well I found that Jena does an excellent job and would recommend her to anybody! more

I had a wonderful experience at new reflections. My hair was cut and styled perfectly. my stylest listed to what I was looking for. My conseltation was detailed. And I ended up with a style that suits my hair type, texture and lifestyle. I will be going back!!! more

Minnetonka's Aveda New Reflections Rocks! The people there are the best. I have been going there for quite sometime and I am sooo happy with the great attitudes of everyone there. The staff is very amazing, yet unpretentious and totally courteous from the minute you arrive until the time you leave. Neil is a fabulous world-class stylist. more

Best shampoo room, great haircut 10/21/2011

I love the "new" shampoo room at the New Reflections spa in Ridgedale mall! The ambiance is great and the service is always wonderful. Rachael, my regular stylist, always takes her time to make sure my haircut is just perfect. Thanks Rachael! more

Monique is the most skilled beautician I've ever encountered. Very tuned in to the color, cut and style I prefer. Very knowledgeable about products and services. Appears to really enjoy her work and where she works. Pros: service, skill, products Cons: Mall setting more
