I was trying to get a price quote from a few different moving companies. Someone from Neighbors Moving and Storage called after I had submitted a request. After telling me about a ""deal"" he was going to give me (basically the same deal as everyone else) I told him I wanted to wait to hear from some other places. He responded saying, ""Wow, are you serious?"" I said that I was and he asked what other people were quoting and I said about a dollar more than what he was wanting to charge. He then said what if I talk to the boss for you and give you 10% off, which is a lie because they advertise on their website a 10% off for web deals. After I said that I still wanted to wait for some other quotes, he said, ""You're telling me that if I give you the price of $79.00/hr right now, you won't take it?"" I said no, I wouldn't I wanted to wait. He then said have a nice day and hung up. I don't know what their moving service is like, probably fine, but their customer service is horrible. You don't win customers by acting like a jerk on the phone. Hopefully they learn that before their business suffers anymore.
