Neighbors Moving & Storage Denver

I hired Neighbors Moving and Storage for a short distance move and for storage. I am satisfied with the results. The move was done without a hassle. Last week they delivered the stuff I had in storage and I can't deny I was worried about it, but fortunately all my boxes were in good shape and none of my items were damaged. more

my movers rushed to move my items to save me a few dollars in order to see a better tip I am assuming. They crushed a brand new mirrored armour so I filed a claim. BEWARE - they CAN DAMAGE ANYTHING and ONLY pay you .60 cents per pound of the item. So if you had a $5000 mirror that only weighed 25lbs, you get $15. I am SOOOOO mad, I think I may call the attorney general, better business bureau and anyone else that will listen. more

Worst experience ever. \r \r Just took the effort to create an account here to warn other about this company regarding long distance moving.\r \r Intensive service until your stuff is on the truck. After this moment they have problems to recognize you at all. \r Here in a nutshell the worst stuff:\r • My moving costs increased by 30% on the way to my new home.\r • Non of the intermediate bills have been correct. But what could I do because my flight is leaving the next morning. Just trusted their word (big mistake!)\r • Usually they don't call you back. And because they are brokers and not movers I stuck in the middle when I had questions regarding the bill. \r • Every time it got obvious they charged too much they told me the other ones are responsible. And by the way completely incompetent customer service. They lied to me (supervisor not in house) and sent me exact the same invoice twice after I complaint about the first one and this even the lady of customer service told me the invoice is not correct.\r • They threatened me not to download my stuff if I don't pay the outstanding amount by cash. Unfortunately I had no choice with my wife and two little kids after staying for 2 weeks in a hotel.\r \r Will keep you updated if they start to sue me after this non recommendation. :)) more

I recommend Neighbors Moving and Storage in Denver. I knew about them through two friends who had used their services. I was engaged because their prices were very good, and they have been many many years in the market. Last week they delivered my home goods and I was pleased to see everything was in good conditions. more

I want to say they are unbelievably efficient and experienced on packing. I hired their whole service, including packing but I decided to get ahead and start doing it myself, so that when they got there, they could just help me with the most difficult stuff. I lost my time so to say. When they arrived I was not nearly as advanced as I wanted to be and most of the things looked poorly wrapped. Neighbors people decided to take almost everything out and pack it back themselves. They did it in a timely and much more professional way. Thanks to them no items were hurt. I will never try packing on my own again. Good job guys! more

I was in charge of the move in the company where I work for the second time in 7 years. I hired Neighbors because they had been great on our first move and they did it again. Being in charge of the situation, when it is not only your belongings but everybody?s, is terribly stressful and I want to thank Neighbors Moving and Storage for helping me making both moves as easy as it gets. more

I decided to go with Neighbors because I had heard good things. It was a good choice. They did my move in an organized and timely manner and I didn't have to go through any hassle. Remarkable job. These guys are such strong workers. Being the only man in the house I felt I should help them load the truck with all the furniture and unnecessary stuff my mom and sister have. However they didn?t let me help at all. They were fast and careful. Once we arrived to the new house Karine, my sister, checked thoroughly box by box and nothing was scratched or damaged at all. Worst experience ever. Stay away from this business. Look up the BBB service record with mulpitple complaints and terrible service. Purchased and operated by 67th Ave Movers, Inc. Do not use these folks, they will underbid to get the business, over charge to move when you are on a tight timeframe, take a credit card deposit but hit you up for cash in full once the truck is loaded. Wost business in Denver, should be closed down. more

Moving can be a very exhausting thing to do, but surely with the right assistance things can be less complicate, I do not know if they are the best movers in Denver, but I do know that they can handle your relocation without harms and at a good price. more

I was trying to get a price quote from a few different moving companies. Someone from Neighbors Moving and Storage called after I had submitted a request. After telling me about a ""deal"" he was going to give me (basically the same deal as everyone else) I told him I wanted to wait to hear from some other places. He responded saying, ""Wow, are you serious?"" I said that I was and he asked what other people were quoting and I said about a dollar more than what he was wanting to charge. He then said what if I talk to the boss for you and give you 10% off, which is a lie because they advertise on their website a 10% off for web deals. After I said that I still wanted to wait for some other quotes, he said, ""You're telling me that if I give you the price of $79.00/hr right now, you won't take it?"" I said no, I wouldn't I wanted to wait. He then said have a nice day and hung up. I don't know what their moving service is like, probably fine, but their customer service is horrible. You don't win customers by acting like a jerk on the phone. Hopefully they learn that before their business suffers anymore. more

Very good organization. This moving company is all about what the customer needs and having everything available for them. they day I was moving I had a mayor issue, the new building where I was moving to told me at last minute that I wasnâ??t going to be able to get my things in that day, with everything already loaded in the truck and in our way over there I gave the news to the driver which didnâ??t seem surprise and offered me the storage service. The next day the loaded everything again and finished the work with a smile on their face and happy of having helped me out. more

Independence, thanks to you! I have been wanting to move out of my parents??? house for the last 6 months, but my mom wouldn???t let me cause we hadn???t found a moving company that she could trust in and since I was moving pretty far she wanted to be sure that I would arrive safely and that the company that we would hire would helped me out unpacking at my new apartment, you know how moms are. These people are horrible. They sent and e-mail quote and arrived on day we HAD TO BE OUT and moved. Upon arriving they changed up the quote and since we had to move we paid in advance. I called the dispatch and was told the original quote would be honored. THEN they charged the higher amount. When I called about this they refused to discuss. I will never forget them telling me on the phone they were the best and if I would give them 10% trust they would earn the other 90%. They stole it in my option. BEWARE or BE RIPPED more

What a way to work, up to know I had never meet such hard workers, so punctual, professional, but at the same time so human, so conscious of other peoples necessities, and so cooperative. My move was satisfactory in all aspects, the movers were punctual- for me that’s very important, I had a narrow window to do my move and any mishap or major delay would cause my loss of money and time.
