Worst experience ever. \r

Just took the effort to create an account here to warn other about this company regarding long distance moving.\r

Intensive service until your stuff is on the truck. After this moment they have problems to recognize you at all. \r
Here in a nutshell the worst stuff:\r
• My moving costs increased by 30% on the way to my new home.\r
• Non of the intermediate bills have been correct. But what could I do because my flight is leaving the next morning. Just trusted their word (big mistake!)\r
• Usually they don't call you back. And because they are brokers and not movers I stuck in the middle when I had questions regarding the bill. \r
• Every time it got obvious they charged too much they told me the other ones are responsible. And by the way completely incompetent customer service. They lied to me (supervisor not in house) and sent me exact the same invoice twice after I complaint about the first one and this even the lady of customer service told me the invoice is not correct.\r
• They threatened me not to download my stuff if I don't pay the outstanding amount by cash. Unfortunately I had no choice with my wife and two little kids after staying for 2 weeks in a hotel.\r

Will keep you updated if they start to sue me after this non recommendation. :))
