I wasted the whole day waiting for the plumber to show up. The dispatcher called at 5pm to say he wasn't coming. I will not use them again. more

They came let and did an ordinary Service at Luxurious price. 7/31/2015

I sent them service request on Sunday. I called them on Monday. They told me that they hadn't receive the request (I had automatic response from their system of receiving it). They promised to come on Tuesday. They came on Tuesday 58 minutes later than promised. About the service ? ordinary Job at luxurious price. Membership is a scam that doesn't guarantee anything but a discount on a future and unknown cost, over a set of charges that you don't control. more

Poor follow up! 7/31/2015

I am still waiting on an estimate/proposal for continued work with no response after three follow up phone calls by me. Also, tech did not bring necessary equipment on initial visit for refrigeration problems communicated in initial phone call (no guages or refrigerant)...was supposed to return the following Monday from Friday visit...never did. I give up! more

My Plumber showed up when promised, accurately diagnosed the cause of the problems, gave us a cost projection upfront, and worked diligently to do multiple repairs. They had to obtain parts to finish one part of the job and again were timely and efficient to finish the repair. The plumbers were personable and thoroughly explained what work was needed and why, and they cleaned up perfectly when they were done working. I will call them again if I need plumbing work in the future. more

My Plumber came out to repair water line. 7/31/2015

The service I received from the Tech of My Plumber was very satisfying. I say this because the Tech made me feel very comfortable with the work he performed. One of the things that made me feel comfortable was him showing me the price list of the repair I needed. This was shown to me electronically on a laptop from the company. It as not a price pull out of the air like some companies will do. Also he did not mine me observing his work. I like to do this because sometimes I like to tackle projects myself. His mannerism was very professional even when he ran into road blocks late in the day. I would definitely use My Plumber again. more

Quality work in short time 7/31/2015

We had an excellent experience. The technician had to perform a difficult job, removing and replacing a leaking area of copper pipe that was above a suspended ceiling and under hard wood flooring. He worked with great care and quickly, then willingly gave me an estimate on another issue. I will definitely call back and request him for my next job. more

Promised a Guarantee, Overcharged for a unclogging a kitchen drain 7/22/2015

I need a floor drain in basement unclogged. I called MyPlumber which I had used several years ago. The technician was friendly and came with a flat rate of $445. I asked for a breakdown of charges. He said I would have to call the office. That is where this story should have ended. But I was in a hurry. I asked if the job would be guaranteed. If I am going to pay a outrageous fortune for 1.5 hours of service, that would be the least I could expect. He said that normally there is a fee for camera service but if he called it in, the fee would be waived and the job would be guaranteed. The camera inspector came the next day and stated that the snaking job the technician had done did not solve my problem and the job would not be guaranteed. He then offered to do the job correctly for an additional $1,176. No words can describe my disgust. more

Plumbing work 7/21/2015

I had to have my concrete floor opened up and plumbing repaired. ALL of the countless men they sent to me were courteous, well versed, punctual, and neat. As with any big job problems occurred. The problems were fixed, and they repaired problems they caused at no additional cost to me. I would recommend this company to anyone John Hess Lorton Va more

Super Service Techs!! 7/13/2015

We had a complete replacement of 2 zones of Air Conditioners, both of which involved very difficult installation of the air handlers (one was in a crawl space). Two crews worked all day to complete the job. These men never even took a break, but worked constantly. They get an A PLUS for this job!!! more
