We recently had a faucet replaced in our bathroom sink. The plumbing technician was very professional, polite, and thorough. We were very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs. more

Overall, My Plumber would be the one I would call again. 8/6/2015

From my initial phone call to the service tech arrival was about 1 1/2 hours. Prompt response considering it was the middle of the day and a last minute call. The tech was considerate of my home (he wore booties) and thorough in his examination of the problem, leaking water heater pipe. While he did not provide the repair he did suggest what needed to be done so my husband could complete the repair. Very professional. more

Very thorough inspection and gave many tips for maintenance to keep things working well - like for the hot water heater, the garbage disposal. Also found that a commode's bolts were rusted and needed to be replaced. Was beyond satisfied! more

I have used MP for over 10 years. As our house ages we keep things updated. They are probably not the least expensive but my experience is that they deliver what I want and very timely. Out of the dozen or more times I have used them (from large to small problems) only once was I frustrated with them. But we eventually came to agreement on how best to solve my furnace and AC problem. What they recommended and installed has worked perfectly for us - our 3,000 sf townhouse is cooled and de-humidified better than expected. more

Excellent service and experience 8/5/2015

Everything that My Plumber Heating and Cooling did was fine. They did what they were supposed to do and they were pretty nice. I called in the morning and they were there in the afternoon and took care of things. Things were not working out afterwards and they came back out and fixed it. If you need good service, they are good to go to. more
