Great Job, but for the price paid it needed to be. 8/4/2015

The plumber was on time, courteous and professional. He fixed both problems (flush valve and low water pressure) within a couple hours. The price was significantly higher than expected. You get what you pay for. more

He did extra while he waited for parts, but he leaked all over the floor. I think I got my money's worth, but wish he didn't flood the basement. & my boxes. It was also $400 more than I was quoted. more

Very responsive and professional 8/4/2015

I called with a problem on my rental property late on a Friday afternoon and requested a Monday appt. They contacted my tenants and arranged a visit early Monday morning. They called me a little after 8 AM with some recommended solutions. Once I picked one, they quickly and professionally made the repair. Since I am 300 miles away I had to rely on them to do the job right. My tenants indicate everything was done very professionally more

Max provided excellent service when he checked out our HVAC system. He gave us some good recommendations of maintaining our A/C and gave us some suggestions about manufacturers of HVAC equipment we should consider when we need to replace it. more

Highway Robbery 8/4/2015

Almost $300.00 to extend a drain pipe from the wall 3 inches. And then was going to completely tear down the wall because drain was too high just to install a garbage disposal. Never again. Requested at least half a refund but never heard back. more

This company is scam 8/4/2015

I called this company to remove a blockage from a toilet. They came out twice, charged me $939 and then told me that they would have to come out one more time and charge me an additional $1570 for "jet-lining" the sewage pipe. I called up Roto-Rooter who took care of the problem without "jet-lining" anything for a lot less money than MyPlumber charged the first time around. Since then I have been trying to contact the company and file a complaint with them, but my phone calls go to an answering service and nobody has called me back for three business days. If they do not call back today before COB, I am stopping the credit card payments. I have never had such a problem with any business. more

Very Pleased With The Service 8/4/2015

I had had previous experience with the plumber, Moe, and had been pleased at that time. And I was very pleased with the service this time. Moe gave me the options and answered my questions as to alternative repairs. His work was professional, neat and clean. I am a long-time customer, but I had had a very bad experience with a My Plumber novice plumber several months ago. When I complained, the company responded to my concerns and sent a Master Plumber (T.J.) to redo the work satisfactorily. That is why I have continued to use My Plumber. In the future, I think I will request either Moe or T.J. when I need service as I trust both of them to do the work well. more

This was the second time I've used My Plumber Heating and Cooling. They're wonderful! I first called them when I had an issue with the garbage disposal. The service person was neat and professional. He was very honest, and showed me what the problem was. I called them again when my water heater was leaking, and they sent another very nice man. As a widow living alone, I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I was impressed! more

Great service but way overpriced 8/1/2015

Great customer service and problem fixed. Plumber was thorough and professional. I've replaced toilet tank parts before but my toilet was replaced by My Plumber two years ago, warranty expired but primary part malfunctioned. It was not like older models with later. I didn't realize floater mechanism was inside part (Korky). Job was $300 and another $200 for replacing turn off to wall. That part not sure about but learned later it was probably $15 part. Tank part sells for about $12 at Home Depot and Internet even showed how to replace. So $300? Really? I now I was paying for skilled plumber bit should have been a third of what I was charged. more

cost too much. talked me into doing work I didn't think I need. Forced me to sign up for @20 per month for 6 months to get 20% discount. This was supposed to cover free cleaning of convectors,... 8/1/2015

Plumber (Oscar) recommended another plumbing job(replacing kitchen faucets and pipes) for about $1200, even with the maximum $200.00 discount. I'm not sure I need the work nor why it cost so much. Would like a second opinion. Another plumber (Eddie) came out first and said no plumbing was needed. I am not pleased. more
