Mr. Beef on Orleans 8/6/2006

Far and away the best Italian beef in Chicago. Jay Leno made them famous on the Letterman show but folks in the know have been going there for years. The beef is tender and has a wonderful gravy. Order them sweet, hot, or juicy. more

Best Italian Beef 5/4/2006

This is hands down the best place to get italian beef in the city. They give you this huge sandwich, which is big roll of bread filled with their great beef and peppers. The flavor is unbeatable. There are pics of all the great celebs who frequent this place. Apparently, Jay Leno is a frequent here but I have yet to run into him here! Either way, if Jay Leno thinks this place is great, you have to give it a try! more
