I have been going to this salon for a while. However, I just got one of the worst hair cut experience in my life today. Stay away from a stylist named Charise!!! She claimed to have 10 years of experience but I don't think she has what it takes to charge $45 per hair cut. When she's cutting my hair, I felt she's pulling my hair out on every stroke. When she's using the clipper on my hairline at the back, I felt she's trying to cut my neck off - it did leave red marks on my skin, and it burnt when I was shampooing. When it comes to getting the style right, she's criticizing me for not being able to articulate what I want. Finally, it's the attitude problem - she asked me to just pay and leave. I did promise her that I would never, ever want her to touch my hair again!!! \r more

I have been going to this salon of (3) years! This salon is absolutely wonderful....and I've tried everyone who's anyone in Naperville. The staff is warm and inviting from the moment I enter the door, to the moment I leave. The salon is beautiful and my hair and nails looks great every time. more

I have been a guest at Michael Graham Salon for a couple years. When I found out my regular stylist was moving I was very nervous about going to someone else. Amanda was highly recommended so I decided to give her a try. I have seen her now a couple times and LOVE what she has done with my hair. I highly recommend her especially if you like red hair, like Amanda and I both do!!!! Pros: Well educated Cons: N/A more

I live near White Eagle in Naperville and I make regular visits for hair, facials, waxing and nails. Been going to Michael Graham for almost 5 years and they have never disappointed me. My stylist Alex is a phenom. . . she is like an ""Edward Scissorhands"". I see Veronica or Christine for my manicures. . . polished to perfection and they last! I have seen both estheticians, but Rachelle is my fave! I WILL NOT trust my brows to anyone else, and her facials are so amazing! They have come under some unfortunate circumstances being pushed out of their original location which I loved! This temporary location is not ideal but I understand they are moving to a new place at 95th & Route 59 early May. They are a most gracious and friendly staff with tons of experience in all areas! I recently went to a temporary location on the other end of town for a facial. When I scheduled my appointment I was told the facialist I saw in the past was no longer there but they assured me the girl they scheduled me with was very good. I would not recommend the facial I received no matter how much they lowered the price. If I would have known it was not going to live up to the level of service I had come to expect in the past I would not have driven across town for it. The equipment was i disrepair and I wondered if the bowl she was using was even clean as the outside of it had product on it. The room was right off the main entrance and you could hear the staff talking right outside the door. The girl doing my facial did not seem comfortable with the service she was providing and seemed to rush through the service. Some of the products she used irritated my eyes. Not being thrilled with my service I asked if her and the receptionists if they knew where the facialist I had seen in the past went to and they claimed to not know anything. Why is it difficult to keep the talented staff members? I had this same experience in the past with my hairdresser. Fortunately, I was able to locate her. Pros: Had great service there in past.
