The variety of mens suits that you stock is really amazing. I have never found any other shop that sells such a huge variety of mans suit. Whenever I come here to purchase a suit I can make my selection from an endless collection of suits. more

Experienced the joy of buying suit online 4/24/2012

Buying suit online offers great advantage — I knew this but I experienced it when I bought my suit from mensusa. With just few clicks of mouse I ordered the suit that I wanted to wear and they delivered me the same to my house on time. I didn’t even have to go out of my house to buy it. And the best part was they delivered the suit very quick, which is actually unexpected from an online suit shop. As far as the fit and color was concerned the fitting was perfect and the color was also fine. I am also very much pleased with the quality of the fabric. more

Got what I wanted 4/23/2012

I was looking for a boy suit for my 8 year old son. But I couldn?t trust any shop because once I was cheated on with the quality. They sold me saying that it was of a popular brand but in reality it was not. My son could hardly wear it. It was then one day I came to know about you guys from one of my cousins. He is one of your customers and recommended me to shop from you. I must say you are reliable. I got the suit delivered from you 1 year back and my son is still wearing it. They made me a terrific suit for my wedding. The service there is top notch! The consultant was patient with me and covered all the design options, you wouldn't be able to get with off the rack suits, I am very satisfied with the quality! more

Great shop for buying mens suits 4/12/2012

If you hate going from one shop to another while shopping your suits then mensitaly must be your choice. Once you visit this shop you will get so much variety of suits to choose from that you will not think of visiting another shop. Sometimes it is your staff helping me out in making my selection when I am confused with what to buy from you. It is really very sweet of them. Whenever I need suits I always buy from you and I have never been dissatisfied with your customer service. I have also recommended many of my colleagues about your online shop. more

I am here to thank you guys for your exceptional service. Actually I found a suit very smart and I wanted to order it from your shop. But I couldn?t order the piece because the suit was not of my size. But I really wanted that design and style. The color was also fantastic. It was beige color suit. Unhappy to get one of my size I was loitering around your shop to see if there was really any suit of that kind. It was then one of your staffs found me a suit that was almost identical with the one that I was originally craving for and the best part of the suit was that it was cheaper and of the right size. I ordered for a blue suit for my grandson from your online shop and I received it last night. Firstly, thanks for the suit. It is simply amazing. The fit is wonderful and my grandson loved it very much. His birthday is near and it is because of this occasion I presented him with it. He seems to be very happy getting the suit. The shirt is also superb. And the best part about the clothing is that its fabric is simply wonderful. I will surely recommend your shop to people who are looking to buy mens or boys suits online. more

Hardest suit I've ever tried to buy 4/9/2012

This was a terrible experience - I ordered a suit from the website and got a suit in the wrong material, so I returned it, then I got the next one in the wrong size, so I returned it, then I got the next one was the wrong size and color, so I returned it, then the fourth one Men's USA sent me was the wrong style and the wrong size. I called and told the customer service rep of the fourth mistake and she told me that the warehouse must not have the product I ordered and to return it for a refund. The company won't send email me a return shipping label though. So, I have spent Feb 10th to April 9th trying to order a single suit from this place and now I have to pay to ship it back to them - what a joke. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. more

Excellent customer service 4/5/2012

I want to compliment your great customer service. I had ordered a seerksucker suit from you but unfortunately I ordered a wrong size and this I understood after I received it. Then I didn’t know what to do. So, I contacted your customer service and the staff told me to return it if it is not of proper size. You guys even refunded me the full purchase price. The only condition that you gave me is that it should come with the original packing and label. Thanks for your service but sorry for bothering you guys so much! Anyway it was great working with you. more

After I ordered the men?s dinner jacket from you asked you how many days it would take time to reach me you told me a stipulated time. I never expected that I would get the product right on time. I am really impressed with your delivery time. You keep the promises that you make. Most of the online suit stores lack in this. They make promises and break it. Before purchasing from here I used to buy suits from another online shop and the main reason for which I stopped buying from them is that they couldn?t deliver me the item on time. Keep up your good work! more
