I think this is a decent place to get some thai food. I've had several dishes here and I have found that their curries are okay, but that their noodles are all really tasty. They give you a pretty hearty helping of food here. I always ask them to make my noodles spicy so that adds a good kick to them. This place has food that is consistent and they are really cheap. more

Bamee offers okay prices for good food. It's comfort food, noodles and vegetable dishes with a little sauce, nothing fancy. It's hard to go wrong with noodles though. You can spend a couple bucks on a satisfying meal here, and you can sit under the warmth of Chicago's summer sun., if you're lucky enough to go on a warm day. On a cold day, I' d recommend take out- Try the glass noodles. They're my fave!!! more

Good Noodles 3/3/2006

Bamee Noodles is a dependable restaurant to get a good bowl of cheap noodles. They have a spacious indoor seating, as well as outdoor seating in warm weather. Service is brusque but prompt. The menu is very extensive, and you can easily walk away full and spending less than $10 per person. My favorite are the soups with hot and sour broth. more

Good Thai 2/20/2006

This place has some great thai food. I enjoy going here for lunch in the summertime the most. This is because you can sit outside on their nice outdoor tables and enjoy a great meal while people watching and enjoying the great weather and scenery. They have some great lunch specials here. I usually get the Kung Pao Shrimp with rice. Its really tasty. Make sure to add some crab rangoons for appetizers; they are great too! The service here is fast and friendly and the prices are very reasonable for some good food. more

Bamee Noodle Shop is a great little Asian food cafe. They serve lunch outside and it's a great place to eat in the summer. They have a pretty big menu, and you can pick your ingredients. They have really tasty food. The portions are big and the food is reasonably priced. You will enjoy the experience! more
