Great company, great service people 6/21/2016

We first used McCullough Heating and Air to install our new HVAC system in 2011. I was impressed with their service and the intelligent, informative, respectful way they worked with their customers. We continued on with their yearly service contract and have been very pleased with that as well. Today a young man named Kyle took care of our AC tune up and as expected, provided stellar customer service. I'm very glad we found McCullough through the Austin Energy program and we will continue to look to them for any HVAC needs. more

The service technician was named Kyle, and he arrived before the appointment time, was courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, friendly and polite. He was pleasant to interact with, made direct eye contact, and had a smile on his face at all times. Very nice young man, a great representative of the company. Thanks, Kyle. more

HVAC fan motor defective & thermostat Wi-Fi setup 4/6/2016

Adan G. came out from McCullough Heating & Air. First he came out on April 1, 2016 and diagnosed the problem. A part had to be ordered. When the part came in, the company called and rescheduled with me promptly. The technician, Adan, then cam back on April 6, 2016 and installed the HVAC fan motor, checked the system thoroughly, and replaced the thermostat because the one that was there would not connect to WiFi. Everything was replaced and all is working great. I must say that the tech. was extremely conscientious to make sure that everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend him and McCollough to others. more

Excellent service - quick apt. and knowledgeable technician 4/1/2016

AC went out during storm. Technician was on-site within 2 hours. Reviewed/verified systems and installed a surge-suppressor just-in-case this happened again. more

Great service and attention to detail 9/10/2015

Tony was the pre-sales guy that helped me spec the system and review my options. He was great to work with. Jensen and Derrick came out today to do the install. This involved a new 4 ton Carrier system (Outdoor AC Condenser, indoor AC coil, Furnace, Thermostat, etc). The guys did a great job on the install. Left the place clean. Communicated with me during the install and offered to show me things if I was interested. They paid attention to detail and took their time. Once done, we went over operation of the unit. They made sure I understood what to expect, and how to operate the new thermostat. They set it up with a reasonable set of initial settings and suggested how I might tune it going forward. Happy customer. more

Cool Again! 8/17/2015

We just replaced our heat pump. David came out and talked to us about our options and instead of trying to upsell us, he told us what he felt was best. Jensen came out with his partner and installed the new heat pump and thermostat and gave us an easily understandable lesson on how to use both. He stayed until he was satisfied the installation was complete and that all elements were running correctly. Apparently someone will be out in a few days to inspect the installation. We are very pleased with everything from start to finish. more

HVAC Installation 6/1/2015

I am pleased and very satisfied to write a review for Mccullough. The service provided by them exceeded my expectations. Special Thanks and commendation to David Renault who is our comfort adviser. He came to my house and explained me in detail about the costs and the equipment and also took into consideration about our limitations. Finally when I scheduled my installation it was 10 days out so he arranged for a few window units installed. That was very nice of him. The installation crew was excellent. They finished the whole installation in a day tearing out the old ones and installing the new ones. Also many thanks to the crew members Jensen, Russell and Vinny . I would surely recommend Mccullough to any one and will not hesitate to take their services again if needed. Santosh Sangana more
