Tony was the pre-sales guy that helped me spec the system and review my options. He was great to work with.
Jensen and Derrick came out today to do the install. This involved a new 4 ton Carrier system (Outdoor AC Condenser, indoor AC coil, Furnace, Thermostat, etc). The guys did a great job on the install. Left the place clean. Communicated with me during the install and offered to show me things if I was interested. They paid attention to detail and took their time.
Once done, we went over operation of the unit. They made sure I understood what to expect, and how to operate the new thermostat. They set it up with a reasonable set of initial settings and suggested how I might tune it going forward. Happy customer.
