We just replaced our heat pump. David came out and talked to us about our options and instead of trying to upsell us, he told us what he felt was best. Jensen came out with his partner and installed the new heat pump and thermostat and gave us an easily understandable lesson on how to use both. He stayed until he was satisfied the installation was complete and that all elements were running correctly. Apparently someone will be out in a few days to inspect the installation. We are very pleased with everything from start to finish.
