I had to wait over a month to get in for my repair (which I was told would take 30 minutes) because somehow a foglight is not considered important. Hmm. I had to bring my car in ...

Marv's Body Shop = Excellence 1/21/2014

This is the second time that my vehicle has been in the body shop for repairs. I would not trust anyone else with it. Marv's does a fantastic job of making sure the customer is comfortable and has a secondary option for transportation, includes the customer on all aspects (estimating the damages, going through the order form, and explaining the process), works flexibly with customers schedule, performs timely repairs, and returns your vehicle looking better than if you drove it off a car lot that day. They make sure to clean the exterior and wherever they had to work on the interior. I have been thrilled with the quality of performance Marv's Body Shop demonstrates. more

Prompt, accommodating service. 1/16/2014

Someone rear ended my car. The other person's insurance paid for everything and handled everything with Marv's Body Shop. All I had to do was drop off my car. Marv's Body Shop drove me to the car rental business. They worked on my car for two days and had everything finished by the day they said they would. Overall, it was a good service. I would recommend them. more

Excellent 12/30/2013

Was highly impressed with the team of Marv's from the moment I walked in. I was greeted warmly even though it was crazy busy. Evan did the estimate and he was helpful and very knowledgeable. When there was a small delay In Getting my car back they arranged a car rental for me. I couldn't believe it. I've been to other body shops but never treated this well. I have become a loyal customer. When I picked the car up it looked brand new!! My car was cleaned inside and out better than any car wash I've been to! Such a treat in this kind of weather. Thank you to everyone there. You made this process so easy. I definitely have been telling everyone how great you are! more

Satisfied 12/28/2013

The only disappointment was when the work was complete, I asked if it would be OK to pick up and pay the next morning, and they said yes. When I went to pick up and pay for the services, it took a while for someone to bring the car around. They didn't tell me that it had sit outside in below zero weather all night, and they had to jump start it. Also the windshield had a thick coating of frost on it and had not been cleaned off. After leaving and driving across town, I stopped at a store and tried to start the car and the battery was dead. I had to call AAA to get jumped started. I called and talked to Kris, and he confirmed that the battery had been run down while being worked on, and they had jump started it and didn't mention it to me. more

A good job overall 12/27/2013

I had my car repainted by Marv's Body Shop, and also my headlights and tail lights replaced. Overall, it was good. There were a few spots they needed to repaint where you could tell there were two different paints, but it was alright. They provide a good service and experience. more

What a wonderful experience 12/26/2013

Marv's Body Shop always does a perfect job on our vehicles. I had to re-paint my back bumper with the brand new crystal red tint that is the color of my car and they matched the color perfectly. They also fixed up my husband's car up really well when someone backed into it. Additionally, there was a little scrape that they pointed out and I hadn't noticed and they detailed and fixed it at no extra charge. Overall, they're an excellent company. They told me I'd get my vehicle back in a day and I did. Amazing auto detailing, superb customer service. I've always had a positive experience with them. more

Great Job, very satisfide 12/22/2013

I was very impressed with the service I received from Marv's Body Shop from doing the estimate to the repairs done to my car. I really liked the emails showing the progress of the work being done on my car. They were very accomedating by making sure I got to the car rental place after bringing my car in to be fixed. I will deffinently let other people know how Great Marv's Body Shop is. more
