Marv's Body Shop Inc. is just very accommodating. Any time I have ever needed anything, they have been there. There have been lots of times where my husband wouldn't get the garbage out in time and and they would swing around back and grab it for us. It's a good, Christian company. We have lived in Brandon for eight years. We own a radio station, so we've worked closely with Marv on a lot of different things. We know our carriers that come to the house. We see them from time to time and get them Christmas presents every year. more

The service and timeliness at Marv's Body Shop Inc. was great. They explained the process to me very well and they met all of the timelines that they said they would. They were repairing hail damage on my Jeep. It looks great. They were very friendly and they do a great job. You won't be disappointed if you go with Marv's. I would use them again. more

Marv's was highly recommended to me for my car repair. My experience was awful. I called on two different occasion's to ask about my vehicle. At one point when I left a message I never received a call back. My vehicle was ready several days after the day I was quoted and I was never contacted. I was very frustrated through the whole process. Very disappointed. more

The charge to repair the tint was added to the bill that was sent to the insurance company but should not have. It was intended to be added as a shop pay line, but was mistakenly added as an insurance pay line. We have revised our bill and resubmitted to insurance with out that charge. I had hail damage done to my vehicle. I brought the car into Marv's Body Shop Inc. and they finished it in just a couple days. The vehicle also had dents that were not from the hail and they fixed those as well. I was pretty happy about that. They were kind and helpful. When I called, they got me an appointment right away and for an estimate they just said come in whenever you can. I would recommend them. They're quick and efficient. more

I have had body work done on the truck when I hit a deer in Illinois. Your work looks good. However, you may want to make sure the little things are taken care of such as a complete detail of the vehicle as done by Dave's in Galesburg, Illinois. It is one of those 1st impression reactions after the work is completed. more

My car (jointed owned with my daughter) had been rear ended and the other driver's insurance was paying for the repairs (about $2500). Marv's painting was just poor. The color did not match (on a 3 year old car) and the alignment of the replacement parts was off. When I pointed this out, they gave me conflicting stories about what was happening. One other customer who was waiting in the parking lot told me the paint looked wrong to him too. Evan said they would “blend in the paint” then the next day said “we can’t blend VW paint” then sometime later said they would blend it. After several attempts, the car still looked mismatched and Marv and Mark both claimed it was acceptable, even though I pointed out the misaligned trunk hatch, bumper, and places where the paint and finish obviously do not match. They were obstreperous, rude, and mean spirited. It was not an acceptable job. It looked crummy. The next day, I took our car to three different body shops. All three said the car was NOT properly repaired and repainted. They told me it was "not up to industry standards" and it "was a very poor paint match" and "there are parts which were not installed, and should have been." This on the car which Marv's Body Shop said was properly repaired and repainted. So it was not just me, the professionals said the car needed to be redone. So now I am on the waiting list to get the car done properly. I will never use Marv's Body Shop again. RESPONSE FROM Marv's Body Shop Inc.: We made 3 attempts to address Mr. Thornton's concerns. We also were in contact with the insurance company paying for the repairs throughout the whole process. The insurance company advised us to try to do whatever we could to satisfy Mr. Thornton which we did. With everything we did to try to satisfy his concerns, he could not be satisfied. The insurance company advised they will try to keep working with him to see if they can satisfy his concerns. more

I was recommended to Marv's Body Shop Inc. by my dad. They did a good job on his car, and my experience was equally good, as well. My car had hail damage, and they were able to fix everything in a timely manner. The staff was really nice. They offered me with transportation to and from the rent-a-car agency. They even sent me picture messages daily with the progress of my car, so I always knew what was going on with it. I thought that was really cool. My car ended up looking great, and I was really pleased with the service. I would recommend them to anyone! more

Everything looks fine. I brought in my vehicle to Marv's Body Shop to repair a damaged right front fender. I think they checked it out underneath too, which I recommended that they do, and found some components that were damaged underneath that they replaced. You know you're going to get a complete job at Marv's. Someone else paid for the damage, so I have no idea how they compare as far as cost goes. But in terms of the work done, I think they went above and beyond what I expected. I know they're busy people, but it was a little hard to get waited on when I walked in. I was there two or three times and a couple of times nobody was at the front counter, so I just kind of stood there and waited. It's a lot of people rushing back and forth. That's the worst comment I can make, though, and it wasn't terrible. I know they're busy people, so I tolerate that. more

I hired Marv's Body Shop Inc. when I got into a car accident and needed my rear bumper fixed. They were fast and efficient. The job took about two days. Their communication was very good, too. Evan helped me out a lot. They would periodically send me picture messages of the repairs as they went along. They even helped me move my insurance case along quickly. While I was without a car, they gave me a lift to the rental car business. Then, when I was able to retrieve my car, all I had to do was leave the rent-a-car with them, and they arranged someone to pick it up for me. The bumper looks great, and I would absolutely recommend their services. more

Marv's Body Shop is very friendly and very accommodating. They're excellent and I'm very pleased with the work that they have done. Someone rear ended us at a stoplight and they did the repairs after that. They got us a new bumper and matched the paint. They did a very nice job. I would recommend anyone Marv's. They're very knowledgeable and they do wonderful work. They washed my car afterwards and they even picked me up from work brought me to their place of business, which really did help.
