The only disappointment was when the work was complete, I asked if it would be OK to pick up and pay the next morning, and they said yes. When I went to pick up and pay for the services, it took a while for someone to bring the car around. They didn't tell me that it had sit outside in below zero weather all night, and they had to jump start it. Also the windshield had a thick coating of frost on it and had not been cleaned off. After leaving and driving across town, I stopped at a store and tried to start the car and the battery was dead. I had to call AAA to get jumped started. I called and talked to Kris, and he confirmed that the battery had been run down while being worked on, and they had jump started it and didn't mention it to me.
