The people were very friendly & my car looks great. I was called before any services that weren't previously discussed for authorization & the cost which I greatly appreciated. I was disappointed that I wasn't kept up to date on the repairs.

We take daily photos of the repairs in process of each car and post them to our website. We also will text them to our customers if they choose, but Connie declined that service.
