I had to wait over a month to get in for my repair (which I was told would take 30 minutes) because somehow a foglight is not considered important. Hmm. I had to bring my car in ...

Very satisfied with everything. The employees were courteous and very knowledgeable. I loved the quick turnaround time and also the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of my vehicle. It seemed like the vehicle was purchased right off the lot. more

I made a call and spoke with ? on the phone. I'm sorry but I'm terrible with names. He was very professional and kind. I set up appt. to meet and bring car in. I had to check on insurance yet so left and said I would call in a week or so. It was around Christmas so got busy and the initial person I spoke with gave me a call to see what I had decided. I was glad he called because I was going to call and make and appt. but have my plate full and kept forgetting. I brought the car in and they gave me a ride to Enterprise and my car was fixed in 1 1/4 days. I returned my rental and picked up my car and I'm very satisfied with it. I would definetley recommend Marv's Body Shop to everyone. Thank you. more

Very good experiance after a very bad experiance. 1/21/2013

Unfortunately I have had to take my vehical to Marv's Body Shop twice in the last six month. Once for a dear and the second for a red light runner. After my first experiance with Marv's, there was no question as to were I would take my vehical the second time. There service is excellent and I would recommend them to anybody in need of a car body repair. more

Marv's did a wonderful job of advocating for my car to be fixed with the insurance company. Kris also went above and beyond to keep in contact with the rental car company regarding the length of time that would be needed for my rental. Kris was very easy to talk to and was good about keeping in contact. more

Friendly people ok service 1/9/2013

The people were very friendly & my car looks great. I was called before any services that weren't previously discussed for authorization & the cost which I greatly appreciated. I was disappointed that I wasn't kept up to date on the repairs. RESPONSE FROM Marv's Body Shop Inc.: We take daily photos of the repairs in process of each car and post them to our website. We also will text them to our customers if they choose, but Connie declined that service. more

Overall, good experience. 1/7/2013

The service was great. The website updates were key to staying connected because if there was a delay that was the only way to find out because no one called to give an explanation. Would have rated 5 stars if there would have at least been a description on the site updates about why the delay occurred. Even with the slight delays we experenced, our vehicle was returned quickly and looking better than it did before it was in an accident. Thanks! more

I also appreciate the timely manner in which things were accomplished, from the estimate all the way to completed repair Marv's staff kept me infromed and part of the process. Got repairs done to front end. 1/1/2013

I brought my car in to have it repaired and though there was a delay because of the weather my car was done in a quick manner. After my car was fixed there was a problem with the passenger door which was fixed right away and quickly as well more
