I had to wait over a month to get in for my repair (which I was told would take 30 minutes) because somehow a foglight is not considered important. Hmm. I had to bring my car in the morning and leave it for the day (for a '30 minute' repair). I had to wait more than 10 minutes for them to figure out if my car was done. Then they had to bring it around. Then I was told the glue may or may not hold (which didn't quite match what I was told originally); I will hope it is fixed. No car wash. I will give them credit for keeping it at the $ estimate. They really need to work on a plan for communicating between the front and the back on what cars are done and when cars need to be brought up that doesn't include multiple people running back and forth.
(I am irritated, however, that I keep getting emails for reviews. I don't remember signing any permission that I could be repeatedly emailed about such things. I believe there is a developing theme here of customer time being discounted. )
