I was thoroughly impressed with the Water System offering demo by Loren Martin, which led my wife and I to purchase the system. The installation was expertly done by the technician, Dave. Kinetico water system 6/7/2016

First of all i just want to thank Martins for a great water system.It works great. It started out with them testing my water and sending out a sales rep.I cant say enough good things about the sales rep.His name was Loren martin and he knew everthying there was to know about water systems..He answered all my questions and all my conserns. He didnt try to sell me anything that i didnt need.This is what i call a great salesman with alot of class.The installer whose name was John stoltfus should be giving a trophy.The work that he did installing my watersystem was just outstanding.It looks like a peice of art work.When he was done there were no leaks and everthing worked perfict.He then took time to explaine the whole system with me .I am telling you people out there if you need a water system installed in your home do not look anywhere elese.This is the first time in my life that i got 10 times more then what i payed for.This is what our country needs more of ,a company that gives you 100 percent and more.Thank you again Martins for such a good experience. more

Timely and friendly service 6/3/2016

From my first contact with Martin Water Conditioning the service was friendly and considerate of our needs. Joe was able to schedule us right away and Evan the service tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He called 30 to 45 mins ahead of his appointment time to let us know he was on his way. He explained to me what was going on with my system and what was needed to get it back into top performance. more

Highly recommend Kinetico Water Softener and Martin Service is Excellent 5/24/2016

We would highly recommend you get your water softener form Martin Water Conditioning. The Kinetico is just what we needed.Our salesman Chris was very informative and new exactly want was the best fit for our home. He was very nice and super polite. Our system was installed by 2 very polite and informative guys named Tony and Brandon.They had to go under our house to run the piping up through our floor since we don't have a basement. the softener was installed in our kitchen area was done very neat and looks great. The Sales the service and install was all very profesional 5/19/2016

Dan our sales person was very informative and knows his product and all about water and problems we have with well water or city water. Dan Brown was also very pleasant and not pushy with the produce like so many sales people with the phrase of " Today Only ". Now Ken the installer was an outstanding craftsmen with the install I'm a fussy person and did service work myself, The piping and the install was a piece of artwork to look at and was very much pleased. He needs to be the installer of the year for neatness and personally. Lets not forget Dan as salesmen of the year since we are voting. more

Recommend without hesitation. 5/4/2016

The entire experience with Martin has far exceeded any reasonable expectations. From Duane's initial visit to evaluate our current system and provide an estimate on a new system, through Dave's very professional and thoroughly clean and neat installation, all the way to Shannon's followup water test to see that everything was in order, has been courteous, professional, personal and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin to anyone looking to upgrade the quality of their water - and yes - our water is now better that it's ever been in the 20+ years in this residence. Enjoying my new Water Conditioning System 5/3/2016

For past six weeks I have really been enjoying my new kinetico water conditioning system. Shannon Martin came out to test my water and found it was very hard. After the water test and listening to my local water concerns, he recommended a water softer and dechlorinator system and reverse osmosis unit. The system was customized to my needs! Shannon answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me several demonstrations showing the effects of hard water on the skin, taste of tea etc. After comparing the kinectico system to a few other water conditioners, I decided to go with this system. It's a bit more pricey but worth it! The installation was scheduled and went as planned. Tony was very professional and knowledgeable how to install the system run all the lines. He explained the system and how to turn off valves if needed. Three weeks later Shannon came back to check to see if everything was working well and answered any questions I had. All I can say is I love the new filtered water! The soft dechlorinated water has really improved my skin - now it is smooth and not dry or itchy as it was before. It has improved the effectiveness of my dishwasher, washer and will increase the life of my washer and hot water heater as scale buildup will not occur. I really like the RO unit as it will remove unsafe chemicals so we drink the filtered water and eliminate bottled water. I'll call them to do yearly filter maintenance and then I'll see if I can do it on my own as it looks pretty easy after reviewing the process online. more

Love Our New Water System 4/28/2016

My husband and I are very pleased with our new Kinetico system. We have very hard well water that was ruining the pipes and appliances, but our water is now great. We were hesitant to pay the additional money for the RO water station, but that is the best part of it! When the water coming out of the water station is as pure as spring water, it's a wonderful thing. We drink a lot of water, and it's great to know that we are putting something good into our bodies. Dan, the salesman, was very helpful and informative, and Ken, the installer, as well as his helper, were very professional. We had a system previously from another company, and there is no comparison with the quality of installation and equipment. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin Water Conditioning to our friends and family. more

Back in Business Again 4/21/2016

I previously had a Kinetico Water Softener for over 25 years and the only maintenance recommended in the original Owner's Manual was to add salt. Nevertheless I asked Martin Water Conditioning to evaluate the status of my unit and it was discovered that it was not performing up to par. I therefore had Martin Water Conditioning install a modern Kinetico unit. On the free one month follow-up visit I was pleased to report to the service technician that a water distiller that heretofore had scaled over after maybe a week's worth of use had not required descaling for the entire month, and, what's more, looked as new as the day I purchased it! So, if you have an older water softener have Martin come out for a free analysis of your current unit's performance. You will be glad you did. And, your appliances will perform better and more economically than you ever could have imagined. more

Great salesperson, installers, and product! 4/15/2016

The entire purchasing experience was very positive. There was no pressure to make the sale and all of our questions were answered carefully and with facts. The Martin Kinetico system clearly outperforms our previous system. The water tastes, feels and smells better than it ever has since we lived in the house for 23 years. Without reservation we highly recommend the Martin company ... its people and their product. more

Good service 3/10/2016

We have a Martin water softener and acid neutralizer and are happy. We had a small problem after install but they fixed it promptly. Sales rep Steve Martin is responsive to my texts . Recently our holding tank for well leaked and they were out in an hour. The tech Evan was very professional and skilled and replaced it in less than an hour. I would recommend Martins. - more

Great Water Starts Here! 2/20/2016

We had an an obsolete and outdated water system, which Martin's replaced for us in January. Our water was very hard, smelled and left our appliances with an iron deposit scum. After doing research on all our options available to us, we settled on Martin's. We were extremely pleased with our salesperson, Dan, who tested our water and gave us his recommendation and a quote. And Ken, our installer, completed the job in less than 1/2 day. We were ecstatic, to have positively perfect water! And, Dan was terrific in returning to check-up on our systems functionality a month later. We couldn't be more pleased....we have great water, wonderful pressure and laundry comes out clean, as expected. Thank you to the whole team. more

Great service 1/24/2016

We got a water system from Martin Water after my sister in law got hers. She was so impressed and so are we, the water taste wonderful. Our water was very hard and had a funny taste, my mom couldnt drink it. Not only does it taste better but my hair is softer! O'Rien put our system in and he was very knowledgable and friendly. He answered all my husbands questions and did a great job, a week later Loren came to do a follow up and reviewed our system with us. I can't say enough about the customer service with Martins! more

A Very Professional Service Call 1/23/2016

I inherited a Kinetico water softener with my house when I bought it 13 years ago. Unlike the cheap Sears or Lowe's units friends of mine had, this unit was great: Trouble free, just fed it some salt a couple of times a year. And the water was as soft as it could get. The last year or so I noticed that occasionally I would get a shot of salty water out of the tap after regeneration. It went away fairly quickly, but it was an inconvenience. I finally decided to do something about it. I found Martin Water online, and had no prior experience with them. I scheduled an appointment. They said the tech would arrive between 8 and 10 am. Given that I live way out in the country, I expected from past experience with other service types that this probably meant a 10:30 arrival, if I was lucky. At 7:40 am I received a call from Brendon, who was on his way, inquiring if it was OK if he showed up at 8:10. Wow. He arrived as promised, and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He asked if I would like to watch him disassemble the head unit, which was great because I always value the opportunity to go to school and learn something about these kind of things (Some service techs don't like the owner hanging around while they work). Turns out, some seals and valves were worn (no surprise after 15 years) and of course Brendan had all the parts with him. This guy was terrific, as was my first experience with Martin Water. more

Friendly, Informative, money well spent!!! 12/15/2015

I have been investigating water treatment for a few years. When Mr. Martin came to my house he didn’t do a sell job he took his time and explained everything I didn’t know about water. He was friendly and understanding and went over everything that I needed and didn’t need. When the installer came he was on time, friendly and informative and showed me how to care for the system. In today’s world of SELL the customer it took me back to a time when people cared about their work. I was worried about spending the money but every time I take a shower or use water to cook I know it was money well spent !!!! more

The true test of a company's commitment 11/26/2015

The true test of a person's character is what happens when things aren't perfect and I believe the same is true with companies. Our Kineteco K5 unit started to lose water pressure. I changed the filters, hoping for a change. While there was an improvement, it wasn't adequate and the output was a mere dribble. We called for service and Wendel came to our home. He spent a couple of hours trying to troubleshoot the problem with Kineteco on the phone. The units don't fail often so he wasn't sure how exactly to diagnosis and correct my issue. Ultimately he replaced the whole unit, at no cost to us, despite the fact that the unit was over a year old. Great service requires a servant's heart. Thanks Wendel and Martin's! more
