The true test of a person's character is what happens when things aren't perfect and I believe the same is true with companies. Our Kineteco K5 unit started to lose water pressure. I changed the filters, hoping for a change. While there was an improvement, it wasn't adequate and the output was a mere dribble. We called for service and Wendel came to our home. He spent a couple of hours trying to troubleshoot the problem with Kineteco on the phone. The units don't fail often so he wasn't sure how exactly to diagnosis and correct my issue. Ultimately he replaced the whole unit, at no cost to us, despite the fact that the unit was over a year old. Great service requires a servant's heart. Thanks Wendel and Martin's!
