Dave Keller was my technician, and he went above and beyond my expectations. He investigated the problems and even talked to my handyman and roto-rooter on the phone to explain the clogging problem.
He adjusted the setting on the backwash as well and checked the water. I was very impressed by his diligence and his patience. THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!!!
