second time around just as good, if not better 12/18/2012

What can I say? Once again Thanks you Manor Moving. This is our third time moving with Manor Moving and they were great. Now that we are a family with kids our needs got a little more demanding. They handled all our personal items with care: kids items, art work, books, furniture etc... They packed and unpacked all our house so we had minimum to do before and after the move. Thank you!!!! more

Just finished using Manor Moving and storage for the second time. First time was easy, and a smaller move, and Zivi was great. They have very hard workers and they get the job done....but---the second time will be the last and when I move in the future I will use someone else. more

We just completed a long-haul move from Manhattan to Scottsdale, AZ with Manor Moving & Storage. They came highly recommended by our realtor (Prudential Douglas Elliman) in New York. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They provided a very competitive estimate, they stuck to their price, the packing and loading team were outstanding, and the driver and delivery team were the best we have ever had. Many thanks to Manor team: Zvi Manor, Omer Wainberg, Elad Idan, Eddie Namias, and the superstar driver, Itay Komorovski. This was the best move we've ever had (and we've done several), and I would recommend their services without reservation to anyone. Thank you, Manor!!! Great job!!! more

Very dependable 4/15/2012

We've used Manor Moving & Storage for 3 moves now. They have been great to work with each time. They have been very professional, have always shown up on time, and have been very careful with our belongins during each move. We need some things moved to storage in the near future and plan on hiring Manor again. I would definitely recommend them. more

I'll never use anyone else 4/11/2012

I used Manor first in 2008, and was really impressed at how quick and efficient the movers were. So when we moved again in 2009, of course we called Manor again, and again, the movers were superfast and just great. Altogether, they made moving as easy as it could possibly have been. If I ever move again, we will definitely use Manor. more

Zvi was really great at responding and handling my questions and requests. Albeit a bit on the late side at arriving, they were quite efficient and accomidating when my stuff needed to be stored rather than moved to my new place. more

Great movers 3/5/2012

Local move - Bronx to Brooklyn. I've only used movers one other time in NYC, and that was a nightmare. Yes, they moved things from Point A to Point B, but they broke a few of my roommate's things, and were quite rude the entire time. I went with Manor after 2 recommendations, and I'm glad I did. The crew showed up about 5 minutes early. Overall, I was shocked at the efficiency. Man, they moved fast. My final bill was just a bit above the quote, but for reasons that are understandable - extra time for bad traffic between boroughs, and I paid for some packing materials (TV & lamp I forgot about!). The crew was very nice and helpful, and not one complaint about how much stuff I had, or how some of the small boxes containing only books were a little heavy. Moving is a really big pain in the ass, but if I have to do it again, it'll be with Manor. more

Moving in Manhattan 12/7/2011

They were very helpful We bought our cases beforehand and that helped with the timing of the moving, since we had made a lot of headway before Manor Moving arrived. The moving crew was very professional and even in my building, they were praised for their efficiency. Our 3 movers were very fast and efficient, and very friendly to work with. They took good care of our boxes!! I'll definitely recommend! more

I can't say enough.... 9/8/2011

Manor Moving did an unbelievable job moving my family from Long Island to Rockland County. Without seeing my home, the owner, Zvi gave me an estimate that was exact leaving no surprises at the end of the day. The crew was incredibly efficient and professional. They even had the patience to work with me on the placement of my furniture. Being a perfectionist, they moved the same pieces back and forth until I was satisfied. And they still smiled at me when they were ready to go! I highly recommend them. more

Manor Moving: Excellent New York Movers 8/4/2011

I am a Real Estate Sales Person and have cause to refer people to Moving Companies. I recently endeavored in a 1 of 2 part move myself and had the opportunity to test Manor Moving. The crew is excellent and fast. The company has a wrapping standard that precludes damage. Their pricing is competitive. The price quoted was close to the price paid. They were on time. The owner is the phone contact and extremely responsive, especially by email. I felt the high quality difference from an owner that is attempting excellence. Manor Moving has moved to the top of my list of recommended moving companies. more

Happy to Support Smaller businesses like Manor 7/20/2011

Manor moving did a very good job with a 2 part move for me. I have moved approximately 10 times in NYC and recognize the good from the bad. I saw an ex-colleague had posted a positive review on Facebook regarding Manor so I gave them a try. The owner is very hands on and is extremely responsive via email...no matter when you email him- he always answers.(Zvi) We originally thought we would be moving out of our apt. in NYC and storing our things for one month. That turned out to be six months before part two of the move to our home outside the city took place. Zvi was able to schedule us within a weeks notice! In the interim, we realized we thought we had packed our passports. Zvi's team for a very small fee assisted us in accessing our things to see if the passports were packed. Turns out they weren't--but they went out of their way to help. Part 2 of the move went well and was according to the estimate. I was worried at first if the estimate was accurate. In my case it was, which was good since we were keeping track of expenses due to purchasing a house. In any case if you have things you care about such as antiques or fine china--this moving company will definitely take the time to do it right, and will help you stay on budget. I recommend them and would use them again if I had to move. more

Highly Recommend Manor Moving 6/30/2011

I used Manor Moving to move from E 95th St. to E 36th St at the end of June, and was extremely pleased with them. Leading up to the move, Omer was very helpful and reasonable in terms of setting up a fair contract. I was nervous to sign a contract that was by the hour, in fear that what was an estimated 3.5 hour job would easily balloon up to a much longer job. I trust Manor Moving 6/14/2011

In the past, I've used Arthur Werner, Flatrate and Moishe's. Although Manor wasn't the 'fastest' at getting the work done, I'd rather have someone be thorough and careful with my china and crystal, TV and computer and nice furniture than be 'fast.' Nothing was broken (that I know of so far, and have done quite a bit of unpacking.) I would choose Manor over any of the other movers I have used and would use them again. They didn't ""take forever"" to get from CT to NYC on a Friday afternoon (Arthur Werner took longer to get from E 63rd to E 46th a couple years ago!), they gave me a 'not to exceed' price (which I am grateful for because they took longer than expected) and stayed true to the price, and an added bonus was the guys were actually cool and fun to pack and move with. They also arrived at 7am when they said they would, rather than 9 or 9:30, and arrived ON TIME (I've never had this happen before.) Mario was the team leader and he was fantastic - I'd recommend him. Their pricing was competitive with all of the other quotes I got, and the customer service was the best I've experienced with a moving company (I didn't have to even use my last name when I called, they knew who I was.) They are a small organization and pay personal attention to their clients. 5 stars. more

After living in NYC for almost 10 years and moving a handful of times, I finally found the best company. Manor Moving gave me the best move yet.
