Lousy phone service 10/11/2007

Call up and place your order and deal with a 10 minute ordeal where the guy just can't seem to get it right and keeps interrupting you, misses half the digits in your credit card number, etc. Then the driver shows up earlier than predicted by about 20 minutes with a pie that's undercooked. That's the Mad Pizza experience: soggy undercooked dough. Pros: fast delivery Cons: but it wasn't cooked more

horrible customer service 4/15/2006

I called them at 10:40 on a Saturday night and tried to order pizza for delivery. The woman who answered passed the phone on to a guy who said that they stopped delivering because they closed at 11 pm. The website says midnight. I told them it was only 10:40 and he said sorry and hung up. Forget Mad pizza and call pagliacci - good custumer service and they deliver during their business hours. Cons: customer service, customer service, customer service more

Decent pizza at the cost of HORRIBLE service!!! 6/24/2005

Hours noted online are 11AM to midnight for Saturdays. Menu and coupons I have say ""delivery from 11AM till close"" on them. Called at 10:30 on Saturday and told they are not delivering since they close at 11. Asked why since the hours state 12 as the closing and he says, ""eh, I'm just uh...doing as instructed"". Got blown off again when I called back. No more business from me. Always bad service. Pros: Good Pizza, Local Cons: Bad Service, Rude Staff, Incompetence more

Hold! 5/5/2005

Called for delivery pizza last night and the phone rang and rang and rang....hung up and tried again, finally got an answer! Ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom -- would have thought it was a unique pie because it seemed to confuse the person taking the order. Then I hear HOLD! and several minutes pass before I hang up. I have been to the restaurant and it is only ok - certainly not so good as to put up with sub-par customer service. With at least 3 other pizza deliver places to call I choose to spend my $ elsewhere and doubt I will bother with Mad Pizza again since they are too busy to bother with delivery orders. more

makes me mad 7/8/2004

an over priced, soggy pizza. As the other reviewer stated, the red sauce tastes funny. Pros: Customer Service, Location to me Cons: , too thin, bad sauce more

Mediocre Pizza 4/24/2004

The pizza was soggy, and had an odd flavor to the sauce. There wasn't enough cheese on the pizza and it had been underbaked. The order was incorrect and instead of redoing it they just removed the items that we did not order, but since it was already baked it left that flavor in the pizza. more
