These guys are the BEST!! I ALWAYS come to them for a second opinion and they NEVER disappoint. Have recommended to everyone I know.

Worst

Smells stale.Mild cooling on himax but not cold like before.Might bring it back for recharging.it was a lot colder before repair.Doubled their money parts less than third total co...

Family owned Auto Service 4/16/2014

My car just needed some Freon for the air-conditioner to work. I was very happy as a first-time customer. They were quite friendly, explained my situation, were fast, I will be back! more

Fast friendly service. 4/3/2014

I was referred by my parts guy at NAPA to get an AC hose repaired. I arrived near closing time, however they fixed the hose and I was on the road in 20 minutes. Very friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. more

Superb As Always! 3/20/2014

These guys worked on my AC about 6 months ago, used it heavily for a couple months, then Arizona "winter" came and didnt use it at all and noticed it stopped working. They fixed it back up and it's working great! Best part, they didnt even charge me for it. These guys are honest, caring individuals and I will always trust them with my vehicular maintenance! more

Unbelievable! 2/14/2014

The technicians thoroughly inspected the code causing the Check Engine light to illuminate. Rather than initiate costly repairs, they recommended no action unless the light reappears. Cost to me at this time: Zero! Thanks, Steve. more

Honest, reliable, affordable and trustworthy 2/12/2014

I wanted to avoid chains like Fletchers, Firestone, etc as I had the experience of getting ripped off by these shops. Based on google reviews, I decided to give Az Auto Air Inc in Chandler a try, which is very close to my house. I am glad I found this shop. Az Auto Air Inc is reliable and reasonable with pricing. Good warranty. Steve et al do a wonderful job of explaining and educating what the issue is and what it takes to fix it. I was given a breakdown of pricing upfront; parts & labor, which I think was reasonable. Procuring the required parts for my car took a little longer. But Steve could manage to get those hard-to-find parts for an old car like mine. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you Steve, John and all. more
