Worst

Smells stale.Mild cooling on himax but not cold like before.Might bring it back for recharging.it was a lot colder before repair.Doubled their money parts less than third total co...

You Saved me! 9/8/2013

Honestly I had 1 day to get my A/C fixed before I had to go out of town again and you came through. Now I have new place to go for all my auto needs. I am a pilot escort for oversized loads and depend on my rig for my job. Now you guys are part of my team! more

service 9/2/2013

dash is still not assembled properly after 3rd time returning. screws are missing and dash can be pulled out. fuse box cover not put back and was left on floor board. more

When I moved to Arizona two years ago, I used several local mechanics and had the worst experiences. I finally found A Z Auto air and could not be more pleased. Not only are the techs very good, But Steve, his wife Denise, and their daughter are the most pleasant and helpful people you would ever meet. I will never used another place for any of my cars needs. more

Knowledgeable staff 8/27/2013

My older vehicle (with many miles) was quickly evaluated by the staff. They explained the recommended repairs in easily understandable language. I approved the repairs, and had my vehicle back 30 minutes later! more

Last Visit 8/23/2013

Sorry Steve but this last repair will probably be my last. You have been great until the last two repairs. After you fixed tha a/c which works great, we addressed the car overheats with the a/c on and we replaced the radiator. The car still overheats with the a/c and you are not listening to me. You keep wanting to say the a/c temp will rise with the higher engine temp but that isn't the case. My a/c blows cold all the time even with the higher engine temp. You have never addressed the high engine temp after my voicing concern on several occasions except to say I should replace my spark plugs, that might help. Really the plugs???? The high engine temp only occurs with the a/c on. I have lost confidence in your diagnosis of the problem and will need to seek someone that will listen to my concerns not just hear what they want. more

Straight forward and honest 8/23/2013

After having bad experiences in the past with other mechanics this place was a breath of fresh air particularly in an emergency. They gave me all the options and the prices associated with them and did not try to push one option over another. Once I decided what I wanted done they did it quickly and efficiently. They were all very friendly and helpful to boot. more

Amazing! 8/17/2013

Fixed it once, but had to come back. Then fixed it for good. Didn't double charge me for filling up the coolant a second time. Super curteous, fast service and knowledgeable. Plus, I got a warranty so I know I'll be covered. They even showed me other recommended maintenance, not to earn a buck, because they don't even do that type of repair. They told me the next couple of issues that I would want to fix because they are that thorough and genuinely didn't want me to find myself broken down in the heat somewhere. I'd recommend them to everyone. more

i've been to az auto air several times, with several different vehicles. they always do everything they can to get my cars taken care of...it never seems like it's just about the money for them. the service has always been spectacularly friendly and i have never had to wait an unreasonalble amount of time. more

Customer service was excellent! 8/14/2013

My father-in-law recommended AZ Auto Air to me, so I went in to have my radiator replaced and new hoses installed. Everyone was friendly and you could tell right away it was a local family owned business. Repairs were completed in a very quick manner and reasoanble price. AZ Auto Air was fair and honest, which are difficult traits to find these days. more

Cooler customer 7/30/2013

They worked with me to lower the cost of an expensive total A/C rebuild. Special ordered lower cost parts to help me afford to stay cool. I really appreciate their efforts. And they still provided a 12mo/12K mile warranty which almost no A/C shops do! They've taken care of my wife's vehicle previously and I will certainly use them again. Excellent service and nice folks too! more
