I wanted to avoid chains like Fletchers, Firestone, etc as I had the experience of getting ripped off by these shops. Based on google reviews, I decided to give Az Auto Air Inc in Chandler a try, which is very close to my house. I am glad I found this shop. Az Auto Air Inc is reliable and reasonable with pricing. Good warranty. Steve et al do a wonderful job of explaining and educating what the issue is and what it takes to fix it. I was given a breakdown of pricing upfront; parts & labor, which I think was reasonable. Procuring the required parts for my car took a little longer. But Steve could manage to get those hard-to-find parts for an old car like mine. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you Steve, John and all.
