The owner Steve is a great person, who runs a wonderful business. No matter if i come in without an appointment or not, nor how busy they are im always well taken care of. That's why i bring in all my family members cars to AZ auto&air always encourage friends to get their car serviced there. Besides great management and service, they have the best prices in town!!! more

I am young and a woman and when going to other auto repair shops, I often feel talked down to and taken advantage of. At AZ Auto Air I got the best deals, they told me the truth about the state of my car without taking advantage of me and they talked to me like a normal person. I enjoy their service and am satisfied with their work. more

I searched for a AC repair shop online in the Chandler area. Came across AZ Auto Air and read all the reviews. All seemed good so I went their without an appointment and was taken in immediately. I previously took it to a local chain repair shop and they quoted $1500 for compressor and associated parts. AZ Auto Air found an issue with a previous repair that converted R12 to R134 system. Wrong adaptors for Freon filling were installed and had leaked out Freon. Thirty minutes later I had a cold car with the repair less than $250. Reviews never lie. I just wish they had a shop in East Mesa. more

Fixed without being robbed 6/25/2014

Thankful that my truck's AC was repaired for a fair price and with a free assessment. I could've save money had I gone to them first. Unfortunately, went to another shop for a ($35-50) diagnosis & they tried to tell me it was going to be $75-125 to diagnose . Then the repair estimate was nearly $400 more than what AZ Auto Air charged. There are many thieves out there- glad AZ Auto Air isn't. more

I trust auto repair again! 5/9/2014

I procrastinated repairing my car as it is always thousands of dollars I don't have and spend two hours at a shop to be charged 4-5hours of so called "book time". AZ Auto Air were fair, honest, and checked out my car for free. Then sat down explained everything and cost up front. I paid one third of what I was expecting to pay and no hidden charges when I got the bill. They earned my trust for next repair. I have already shared my experience with friends and recommended them. more
