Worst

Smells stale.Mild cooling on himax but not cold like before.Might bring it back for recharging.it was a lot colder before repair.Doubled their money parts less than third total co...

two great experiences 8/31/2015

After another shop had failed to find root cause on my AC fail, AZ Auto Air found an intermittent relay fail...in 1 hour and, with refrigerant top off, less that $200! Second success: While I was shuttling cars, they noticed my son dented the side of his old car and offered to do an inexpensive repair. They surprised me with how good the car looked at 1/4 the price of more

Like so many, I've been burned by under-skilled, greedy, unreliable mechanics in the past. AZ Auto Air is the exact opposite of that! They are knowledgeable, skilled and best of all -- HONEST. I came in thinking I needed work on my air conditioner and brakes. They told me both of those were fine and all I needed was a few new belts (on a 2003 car that hasn't ever had them changed) for a very reasonable price. They also showed me a few things that would need some preventative work in the next 6-10 months (timing belt, etc), and gave me great estimates on them. They are so impressive that now my father and my brothers-in-law will be taking their cars to AZ Auto Air, too! more

AZ Auto Air to the rescue 8/16/2015

I had an appointment to bring my car to the shop on Monday and called AZ Auto Air to see how they could help me. I brought the car in at 2pm and was out before 3pm. Steve is an expert on this and more- I am a new client- for life more

needed custom part 8/7/2015

I needed a custom A/C part for my 1950 Pontiac convertible....a fitting for one of the A/C hoses. (It's a custom car) No one makes it but the great guys at AZ Auto Air had two different hose fittings that, when cut and tig welded together, would work. And they did just that in about 15 minutes for a very fair price. Thanks, guys more

I really appreciated John explaining the intricacies of the AC system and helping troubleshoot the problem. AZ Auto Air evacuated and refilled the AC system for a fair price and now the system works as it should. more

Great experience... If you can believe a place will give you an honest quote.. this is the place. They actually suggested I do the lesser expensive version of my repair.. (to see if it fixes the problem) If it doesn't work.. they'd knock off the cost I already paid and do the more expensive version.. Pleased and shocked. Highly recommend! more

New Battery Install 7/1/2015

Brought in my own Battery which was not a factory replacement and AZ Auto Air installed without making power cable modifications. In and out with no bait and switch. more
