My husband and I have been with Lexus for almost twenty years. We would never buy anything else. Our daughter is on her third Lexus. We have been working with Mark Franceschi and he always gives us the best deal and takes care of us. I wouldn't deal with anyone else, he is outstanding!!!!! Betty Rae knows the vehicles and can explain them well. She really knows the product. Today I am picking up my new 2013 Lexus GS F Sport! I am very excited!! The car is unbelievable. I talked to one of the sales staff (Dennis E. Sparks) at the dealership about buying a 2009 Mercedes Benz C63 that they had listed on cars,com since January 21, 2011. After conversation back and forth and an agreement on the price, I decided to buy the car and put a $500 credit card deposit on the vehicle on January 27, 2011 per the sales staff request(Dennis E. Sparks). My credit was checked and my financing was approved on January 28, 2011. I spoke with Dennis on January 28, 2011 and told him that i would pick up the car on February 1, 2011. He said he would clean it up and have the car ready for my pick up. January 29, 2011, I get a phone call from Dennis saying that the car had been sold to another dealer through OVE,com without his knowledge. So apparently, I put a deposit on a car on an agreed price and it was sold from under me for the asking price through OVE,com. My deposit was made on January 27th, at approximately 7:30PM CST. He calls me 2 DAYS LATER and tells me the car had been sold! SHADY!!! more

I recently purchased a 2011 Lexus ES 350 from Lexus North Shore and I was treated well and dealt with fairly. I purchased my new vehicle at a price that was so low that even a professional calypso dancer could not get lower.Prior to buying a 2011 Lexus, I purchased a 2009 Camry Hybrid from Safro Toyota and got a terrific deal. more

Wis. Admin. Code Trans. 139.03: Advertising and sales representations. (1) TRUTHFUL. The use of false, deceptive or misleading advertising or representations by any licensee to induce the purchase of a motor vehicle constitutes an unfair practice and is prohibited. In spite of this law, I attempted to purchase a vehicle that was clearly advertised at a specific sale price. While filling out the paperwork and indicating that I was a lawyer and paying cash for the transaction, I was told that the price was a ""mistake"" and that, if I wanted to buy the vehicle, I would have to pay almost three thousand dollars more for the car. In later discussions, I was told that the vehicle, which was removed from the lot after the attempted purchase, was sold ""an hour or two"" after I left the shop (in spite of the fact that it had been on the lot for ~150 days). This is a very suspect operation and I would strongly recommend going elsewhere if you are in the market for purchasing a vehicle. more
