Service department is GREAT. If however your interested in purchasing...a word of caution. New management and sales team do not negotiate a good deal. And instead of finding options they walk away from the sale. This is after being a customer for 10 years. Time to find a new dealership. more

My 4th Lexus from North Shore. I deal with their GM Joe who I have know for years. He gives me the service I deserve and I send all my business to him at Lexus. They give you the VIP treatment and I feel like my business is appreciated there. I use their service department always. I feel important there! more
