Review content:
I talked to one of the sales staff (Dennis E. Sparks) at the dealership about buying a 2009 Mercedes Benz C63 that they had listed on cars, com since January 21, 2011. After conversation back and forth and an agreement on the price, I decided to buy the car and put a $500 credit card deposit on the vehicle on January 27, 2011 per the sales staff request(Dennis E. Sparks). My credit was checked and my financing was approved on January 28, 2011. I spoke with Dennis on January 28, 2011 and told him that i would pick up the car on February 1, 2011. He said he would clean it up and have the car ready for my pick up. January 29, 2011, I get a phone call from Dennis saying that the car had been sold to another dealer through OVE,com without his knowledge. So apparently, I put a deposit on a car on an agreed price and it was sold from under me for the asking price through OVE,com. My deposit was made on January 27th, at approximately 7:30PM CST. He calls me 2 DAYS LATER and tells me the car had been sold! SHADY!!!
