I have been training with LIFT this summer and am loving the results. My arms, abs, legs are toned and I love it! Sarah and Jody have taught me how to use free weights correctly and effectively. I am much more confident to use those weights on my own now. There is also a massage therapist & Bodywork technique specialist on staff, a definite plus! Thanks LIFT for helping me get bikini-ready!
