LIFT is great because you get to work out without the craziness of a regular gym that is full of people and distractions. I've been training with Sarah Swanson. She is very smart and knows what she is talking about- and can explain it so that I can understand too. I have foot and back problems that can limit some of the training I do. She listens to me and changes the routine to fit my specific needs. She is also great at explaining nutrition issues and helping me with my diet plan.\r

Also, I've had an amazing massage there from Gary!
