used a oil change coupon and they got me in right away. Only spent 45 minutes at the dealership while I waited for the service to be completed. more

Fast service, on time and on estimate 11/6/2013

I called in one morning with concerns with my brakes. Klein Honda was able to get me in an hour later and verified that I needed new brake pads. Their estimate (time and cost) was right on, and I was out the door in less than two hours. I always take my car to Klein Honda - they are fast, courteous, and even provide shuttles within ten miles (which is great if you work in the area). more

Fix nav. system 11/6/2013

The nav system went out during a recent trip to Portland. I took the CRV into Klein Honda on Monday morning and in an hour the problem had been diagnosed and fixed. Since the problem was due to some aftermarket work I had done, there was a charge for the work, but was directed to return to that vendor to have the work reversed. more

Super FAST and friendly service! 11/6/2013

Took the car in to leave overnight for next day service. The service dept. had the oil change and wheel alignment done that night! We picked it up before 8 pm. I had a car for the next day! Great! more

Great service , great service representatives 11/6/2013

I have a 2008 Civic. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for repairs or parts. They always treat me with respect and do an excellent job. I have never had to return to have any completed job refixed. Thanks Klein Honda for the continued excellent service. Susan more

I got taken advantage of at Lynnwood Honda. Very unhappy about that, so I tried another Honda Dealer named Klein Honda. Very impressed and highly recommend the Everett Honda Dealer. more
