Unplanned repairs 12/8/2013

Had a rear wheel bearing replaced. Managed to get the car seen quickly, properly diagnosed and repaired, and back the same day. The service area was clean and well organized, staff friendly and well informed. I felt well taken care of. more

Service Department Rocks 12/7/2013

I needed a differential oil change and transmission oil change on my 2007 CR-V. Went to Klein with no appointment and they had me in and out in record time. Best part is, their competitive pricing makes me feel good about giving them my business. more

The folks at Klein Honda were very nice. They said it would be an hour, which I felt was very lengthy for an oil change. However, they finished within 30min. ... Which was great. Prices were great too! more

Emergency Service! 12/3/2013

I could not get my trunk open either from the inside latch or the key. I drove on in, unannounced, and the problem was taken care of in a few minutes. And the best part was--no charge! more

Best oil change and multipoints inspection 12/2/2013

Took my Crosstour in for an oil change. Found out the brake pads and differential oil need replacing. All done for reasonable cost and less than a hour. more
