Always dependable 12/2/2013

Even though I picked up my new civic in May they still honored the service I've been paying for. And the car was not clean when I dropped it off and it was shiny like new again when I picked her up. Thank you for always being dependable. more

I checked in my car and got a drop to a place where I had to attend a meeting, I was picked from my meeting and my car was ready, i believe the service check was all fine as stated in the report, overall a good experience.. more

Oil Change 11/25/2013

Everything went fine except the service writer forgot to ask what kind of oil he is to use for the oil change. He assumed I wanted the non synthetic oil. I wanted the synthetic blend for the oil being used for the oil change. more

Great place and fair! 11/25/2013

Every time I have went in to get my car repaired Honda has been quick and efficient. For some strange reason even after calling in and making 3 in a row appointments for all 3 of my Hondas, something slowed down the time for my cars to be completed. I was disappointed, but sure enough Honda made it up to me immediately and had me leaving a happy customer. I appreciate that Honda of Everett is more than just a place, it is people who truly care about their customers. Thank you- more

Starter replacement - good experience. 11/25/2013

Had the starter replaced on my 2005 Accord (~138K miles) on short notice. Klein service folks were friendly, efficient, and the recommendation to replace the starter has proved to be a spot-on diagnostic. Well Done. Thank You. more

they make it super easy. Told me to just come on in and they would fix my car. I brought the car in without an appointment and they got me in right away. Plus the price was reasonable. more

Service Department is Exceptional 11/21/2013

I drove my car in without an appointment and used their express service for Oil, Differential Fluid and Transmission Fluid Change. They also recommended over due brake fluid change and alignment. Without asking they applied a 15% Internet coupon. I had shopped prices and they were the lowest. more

Lowest Price No Hassle 11/20/2013

I don't like haggling with auto salespeople in person so I communicated online with about a dozen dealerships simultaneously. About 25% of them refused to negotiate pricing that way, and the rest varied in competitiveness and responsiveness. Early in the process Klein said it would meet or beat my lowest quote. It did. I wasn't sure if Klein would honor its commitment once I showed up to do the paperwork. It did. Sure, Klein may not be located in the toniest part of town or brew the best coffee, but if you want to save money and avoid being hassled, work with Klein. more
