I have never bought a car from this dealership but I have used their service dept. 3 times in the last 2 years. They do a fantastic job and the service manager that I delt with was the best. If they ever stop giving me good service, I will write another review about that. more

A Job Well Done 11/19/2010

Kings recently performed the 5000 mile service as well as a couple of emissions recalls on my Mazdaspeed3. The work took less than 90 minutes. The waiting area is clean and comfortable- and has Wi-Fi. The service staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable as well. No complaints! more

Terrible Customer Service 8/17/2010

The sales manager was absolutely rude to my wife. A salesman made an offer on a used card to my son and he was interested once he could see the car facts. In the mean time some else showed interest in the car. When my wife approached the sales person they directed her to the used car sales manager who was terribly rude and showed no good sense in handling a sticky situation that could have resulted in selling us another car. My wife left distressed and offended. A one star rating is better than what they deserve. more

Mark was the sales rep (very good), and Jason is the best service advisor out there. Never a problem getting my car in for work or an oil change. Pros: Good customer service Cons: None at the moment other than the 30K miles service cost. more

Huge selection + Great buying experience 2/23/2009

Just purchased my first Mazda - 09 Mazda3 Hatchback at Kings Mazda, and was really impressed at how they do things, i.e. how they sell, how they treat their [potential] customer. They are so unlike many other car dealers in Ohio and Kentucky in that they do not seem to practice hardsell, upsell and such sales tactics, instead they give you the facts and try to reach a true compromise in terms of the value you get. Pros: Car selection, value of the deal, no-hassle and no-pressure purchasing process Cons: none at this point more
