The sales manager was absolutely rude to my wife. A salesman made an offer on a used card to my son and he was interested once he could see the car facts. In the mean time some else showed interest in the car. When my wife approached the sales person they directed her to the used car sales manager who was terribly rude and showed no good sense in handling a sticky situation that could have resulted in selling us another car. My wife left distressed and offended. A one star rating is better than what they deserve. more
