Having an insurance agent is something I never cherished until later in life. Having policies with the same contact (Kent) and company make my life a lot easier. The accessibility at this office makes dealing with a claim or policy change very easy. Im not sure what I did without him. more

I have been with Kent for a long time and stopped in to make some changes and handle a little paperwork. I am reminded of how courteous they are here and thought it was review worthy. Kent is a great agent and I am very happy with all of his advice and information. more

Great Policy Options 9/13/2011

It was easy to get my life insurance policy through Kent. Paperwork and medical history requests were simple. I am very happy with my policy and the different options I have in the future to modify it if I chose to do so. more

Poor Service All Around 10/3/2005

I have had to deal with this office a handfull of times in the past 7 years for different reasons and each time it has been a exhibition of rudeness. I am just amazed that they get away with what they deliver to just anyone calling in. I have been left on hold, I have been left to listen to the receptionist chit chat about personal problems, I have been told that people will get back to me (they rarely call back or acknowledge they got my messages). I would sure hate to have my insurace through this place! more
