I have had to deal with this office a handfull of times in the past 7 years for different reasons and each time it has been a exhibition of rudeness.
I am just amazed that they get away with what they deliver to just anyone calling in. I have been left on hold, I have been left to listen to the receptionist chit chat about personal problems, I have been told that people will get back to me (they rarely call back or acknowledge they got my messages). I would sure hate to have my insurace through this place!
