My AC froze up due to a refrigerant leak for the second time in less than two weeks. The company that serviced it the first time injected some dye into the system that was supposed to reveal the leak when exposed to ultraviolet light. They would not schedule a return visit before another two weeks. Just Right Air responded the same day with a more professional approach. The technician actually looked for the leak using a different technique. When he did not find it he explained several options for dealing with the problem. I chose a temporary fix that had a high probability of keeping the system working while I considered how best to deal with my aging system. The technician was clean, knowledgeable, friendly and worked efficiently. It was a delightful contrast to the experience I had with the previous serviceman.
