I had my fiance's engagement ring made at Joseph's and the quality of work and customer service could not be beat. I brought in a picture of the type of ring I wanted and Joseph duplicated it beautifully. The service provided was sincere and focused on making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. We had looked at many different jeweler's but nothing compared to Joseph's. more

My fiance and I went to Joseph Jewelers to have a cut sapphire made into a piece of jewelry that we could pass down through the generations. The staff at Joseph Jewelers gave us so many options and helped us to really focus on what we wanted. The were not pushy, and they were very creative with their suggestions. The Piece came out beautifully- we couldn't have wanted a better setting for the stone, and the craftsmanship was amazing. We later returned to have a pendant and matching earrings made as a gift. We wanted something specific, but couldn't find it anywhere. We also wanted it to be somewhat personalized for the person who will recieve it. Again, the creative suggestions and helpful staff made for an amazing experience. The pieces turned out to be even better than we had imagined. The most amazing piece we had them make was my engagement ring. Again, we had an idea of what we wanted, but did not want a ring that looked like everyone else's. We talked through what we wanted. They gave creative suggestions and walked us through everything so we would truly understand what we were buying. They were informative, classy, knowledgeable, creative....the list goes on. I cannot say enough positive things about this place! My ring came out even better than I had imagined. The workmanship was incredible! I have truly never seen such an amazing ring. Considering the level of expertise, selection, ability to design and create anything you want, the price was more than reasonable for the level of quality and satisfaction we recieved while working with the people at Joseph Jewelers. From their ability to create a one of a kind unique setting, to their great staff and terrific prices, I was thoroughly satisfied. Originally, I was going to purchase a ring at EE Robbins. However, my fiancee found a ring at Joseph that was amazing and one of a kind, which we were also able to modify to our exact specifications. Just to be sure, I went and checked how much a similar setting would cost at EE Robbins and the quote came in at double! So not only was Joseph Jewelry far above the competition is service, but far superior in price and value as well (I also was given a great deal on the diamond as well). more

Given the amount of time and detail that went into my ring, this was a very unrealistic time frame to ask to have a completed ring. However, Ryan (one of the sales reps) and Joseph guided me quickly through the process and were able to expedite everything so that I received the ring early and had a memorable engagement that we will remember forever. I shopped around a TON! Let me save you some trouble and recommend you make this your one stop shop. They beat other jewelers by far (and I am not typically the type to write a recommendation). I was looking to have a ring custom made for my wife and Joseph Jewelry was recommended by an acquaintance. We are from the Vancouver, BC area so we were interested in seeing what Joseph might be able to offer compared to our local jewelers. The ring we had in mind was to have a 2-carat center diamond with side stones. We met with Joseph himself directly and he was able to match what a local, high-end jeweler was offering us. However, what really tipped the scales in his favor as far as our decision to go with him was his commitment to customer satisfaction as well as ease in dealing with him. With the exception of our initial meeting, the rest of the design process was done via email. Design drafts were sent to us and we were able to comment on and suggest changes to Joseph and this continued until the design was ready. We were also sent a wax prototype of the ring prior to it being cast so that we could see the full effect. The total time it took to make this ring a reality from our first meeting with Joseph to the ring being made was about 2 months (the ring could have been ready sooner but we were not in a hurry). What we ended up with was an incredible piece of jewelry and my wife has received endless compliments on it. Joseph and his staff were great to work with and we would unhesitatingly recommend their services. This entire experience really exceeded our expectations and we will gladly return to Joseph for any of our future jewelry needs. more

Danny was very helpful and created a setting that showed the marquee in a creative design in yellow gold. He provided me with 3D renderings that allowed me to make changes before he actually created the ring. Danny kept in touch throughout the process. After visiting a few other jewelers I came to the realization that I wanted to get something special for my girlfriend, not a ring anyone can walk in off the street and buy. I found the Joseph Jewelry website and decided to create a new ring design and see what they could come up with. I had some help from my girlfriends friends as to what she wanted so I found some images online of rings that were similar to what she wanted and uploaded them into my project on the Joseph Jewelry website. I used the website as my primary tool for communication with Joseph and never had to wait more than a few hours for a response from him. This was very helpful whenever I had a question. After Joseph had a good idea of what I wanted he made some digital renders of what my ring would look like and after I approved on the design he created the ring. The finished product came out better than what I was expecting. I was not positive of my girlfriends ring size so Joseph assured me that if the ring didn't fit he would re-size it for free as I wanted the ring to be a surprise. I had a great experience with Danny and the rest of the staff at Joseph Jewelry. I created and bought an engagement ring there. I went to a few other jewelers and felt that this was an establishment that i felt comfortable dealing with for something of this magnitude. I got the stone through them and Danny listened and found a couple stones for me to choose from and I ended up with a stone that is gorgeous, very clean and one that (most importantly), my fiancee thinks is absolutely perfect! I went to a few other jewelers and felt that this was an establishment that i felt comfortable dealing with for something of this magnitude. I got the stone through them and Danny listened and found a couple stones for me to choose from and I ended up with a stone that is gorgeous, very clean and one that (most importantly), my fiancee thinks is absolutely perfect! I brought her back with me after I gave her the ring and we came up with a concept for the design. A week or so later they sent some virtual images of the design which were great! They showed us 4 variations of the design for us to choose from. We had a few tweaks and went through another iteration and ended up with a ring that is stunningly beautiful, unmatched in precision, and has a simple elegance that leaves my fiancee smiling ear to ear every time she looks at it... which again, is the important thing. The deciding factors for choosing this jeweler above others is the level of comfort I felt with the staff, especially Danny. Additionally, i felt it was a great little shop where I would be (and was), proud to bring the love of my life and let her choose anything, or create anything that she desired so she could get the perfect ring. It was a great experience through and through. We are planning to get the wedding bands there along with any other trinkets of bling that i want to surprise her with in the future. Upon entering the intimate jewel-box of a store, I was overwhelmed by all the beautiful pieces on display. Making a decision is difficult when you want everything in sight, but Danny was extremely patient and personable; he took the time to show us ring after ring, and even gave us a tour of the back room. We watched as Ryan turned a picture into a 3D CAD image. After looking at countless rings that matched my description, Danny rushed to the back room and brought out a "De$igner" set that I fell in love with. It was almost exactly what I envisioned - we brainstormed to make the ring perfect for me. Even with the customization, the pricing was MUCH lower than the original "De$igner brand". For Christmas, my fiance took me back to design a matching engagement ring. Danny was, as always, a pleasure to work with. He made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted, kept us within budget, never made us feel rushed, and didn't get annoyed with our multiple surprise visits/status checks. The whole experience was amazing. My rings are perfect - never thought I'd be able to have such gorgeous jewelry grace my hand. I heard of Joseph Jewelry from a friend who got his engagement ring there. He described a great experience and so when my need for the same came around I gave it a shot too. I knew nothing of diamonds or rings or anything like that. The staff at Joseph Jewelry is very professional, patient, and great at explaining to me how the grading and quality of the stones are measured and how to get me the right quality for what I wanted. They then helped me as I fumbled around not knowing what sort of design to go with and ended up with a really nice setting that I'm very pleased with.
