Originally, my fiance and I were only shopping for a wedding band. Joseph's was our last stop (because Bellevue is quite far from us), but should have been our first. Upon entering the intimate jewel-box of a store, I was overwhelmed by all the beautiful pieces on display. Making a decision is difficult when you want everything in sight, but Danny was extremely patient and personable; he took the time to show us ring after ring, and even gave us a tour of the back room. We watched as Ryan turned a picture into a 3D CAD image.
After looking at countless rings that matched my description, Danny rushed to the back room and brought out a "De$igner" set that I fell in love with. It was almost exactly what I envisioned - we brainstormed to make the ring perfect for me. Even with the customization, the pricing was MUCH lower than the original "De$igner brand".
For Christmas, my fiance took me back to design a matching engagement ring. Danny was, as always, a pleasure to work with. He made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted, kept us within budget, never made us feel rushed, and didn't get annoyed with our multiple surprise visits/status checks.
The whole experience was amazing. My rings are perfect - never thought I'd be able to have such gorgeous jewelry grace my hand. Danny and the rest of the team made the entire process exciting and stress-free. They'll make you feel like their most important customer, no matter how much you spend.
