My experience with Joseph Jewelry was exceptional. I recently purchased an engagement ring with Joseph and the entire process from start to finish was handled by their staff incredibly. From their ability to create a one of a kind unique setting, to their great staff and terrific prices, I was thoroughly satisfied. Originally, I was going to purchase a ring at EE Robbins. However, my fiancee found a ring at Joseph that was amazing and one of a kind, which we were also able to modify to our exact specifications. Just to be sure, I went and checked how much a similar setting would cost at EE Robbins and the quote came in at double! So not only was Joseph Jewelry far above the competition is service, but far superior in price and value as well (I also was given a great deal on the diamond as well).
My experience did not end there. I wanted to make plans for my proposal to be on the 4th of July, which was only three weeks away. Given the amount of time and detail that went into my ring, this was a very unrealistic time frame to ask to have a completed ring. However, Ryan (one of the sales reps) and Joseph guided me quickly through the process and were able to expedite everything so that I received the ring early and had a memorable engagement that we will remember forever.
I shopped around a TON! Let me save you some trouble and recommend you make this your one stop shop. They beat other jewelers by far (and I am not typically the type to write a recommendation). I will recommend them to all of my friends and will be going back for all of my future jewelry needs.
