Best jeweler in town 12/13/2006

Throughout the hole process Joseph personally took care of us. They had the best quality and workmanship my fiance and I found. There customer service was incredible. SOmething you just dont see anymore. Thanks Joseph for making such a special ring for us! Pros: Very attentitive to our needs. Had great ideas more

Unique in Design, Excellent Service 9/21/2006

I have been working with Joseph Jewelry for over two years now. Everytime I enter their store, I am warmly greeted and I know that I will be taken care of. Both Joseph and Danny do great work when it comes to custom design. I am currently working with them to create a small custom piece for my yorkie. Their service is great and thier product is outstanding. more

When you first walk into Joseph Jewelry, you'll notice a brilliance that you won't see in other jewelry stores. The diamonds all stand out and sparkle as do the settings they're mounted in. Joseph and Danny create jewelry to your specifications that is absolutely brilliant. They are very easy to talk with and very professional. They created a beautifly engagement ring for me to give from a picture on the internet and improved on it spectacularly! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy an engagement ring. Personal service, beautiful work, integrity 6/6/2006

Joseph resized, reshanked and repronged my antique engagement ring. Not only was he patient and honest in making recommendations on preserving and improving my ring, but he turned the job around in one day because he "could sense that (I) didn't want to be apart from it for too long". My ring is more stunning than ever and now I know the stones are secure and the band will last forever. Joseph remembers me everytime I go in to have my ring cleaned and even though I didn't make a huge purchase, he treats me like a princess. What a wonderful, wonderful family run business. Worth crossing the bridge from Seattle. Thank you, Joseph- You are a gem yourself! Pros: Service, craftmanship, honor Cons: None! more
