I love Diane! 12/11/2011

Had upper lip and eyebrows waxed as I do two weeks before my facial; with Diane Mueller for all those services. I have been a client of Diane's for years and would not go anywhere else. As soon as I go in the back on her table there is a feeling of "Ahhhhh . . . " Just makes my day! more

The blond shampoo girl was awful. Really rough, my earring actually came off and the water was too hot. I almost smacked her! She had no clue and kept chatting with the other shampoo girl. Otherwise the experience was great as usual. more

Professional staff that provide personal attention. As a customer since 2006, I've never been disappointed with the variety of treatments and services I've received. I highly recommend nails and make up by Kelli, coloring and cuts with Alli and facials with Diane. Each provide outstanding results with unmatched quality and attention to detail. And I always look forward to our chats. Kudos ladies! more

NIKKI IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT STYLING. MY BOYS HAD CUTS EARLIER IN THE DAY AND ALWAYS FEEL COMFORTABLE SPEAKING WITH HER AND PLEASED WITH THEIR CUTS AS WELL. I TRUST HER OPINION ABOUT HAIR STYLES AND COLOR AND SINCE I REQUIRE A LOT OF COLOR/HIGHLIGHTS, IT IS GOOD TO KNOW I HAVE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING! more

Alex is my stylist, and she is a true artist. She is so knowlegeable about color and styling techniques. When coloring my hair, she matched my natural color perfectly! I'm so glad Terry introduced me to her when I went to Jordan Thomas for a color consult. more

Would'nt refer my worst enemy 12/9/2011

My first time at this salon I had my color & cut done. It was horrible. My hair was uneven & my roots didn't match my ends. I went outside and showed my husband to make sure it was as bad as I thought,it was. I went back in asking to speak to the manager, I couldn't stop crying. She apologized and said I could come back the next day and have it fixed.(the next day?!!?)The color was fixed but the cut couldn't be w/out chopping off my hair however what dissapointed me the most was the manager never said a word to me the next day, didn't check once to make sure I was happy... more

I have been a client for close to 5 yrs and have found my experience to be very pleasant. Kristin is very wonderful, professional and talented. I always enjoy my time with her. Chris is also professional and is always willing to do her best with me. Everyone one in the salon is friendly and welcoming. Good luck with the new salon. more

Relaxing, enjoyable, friendly experience 12/8/2011

Amanda was very friendly and quickly understood what I wanted with my hair.I enjoyed our conversation and felt comfortable. She did a great job. I left feeling like I had my hair back. Cheryl has made my hands happy. I was very self conscience of my hands, my nails were a mess but Cheryl and shellac have cured that. Look forward to my next appointments. more
